,,Damn, Y/N, what happened to you? Did you fall into the well at the park or what?''
I glared at Soda, as he let me inside the house. Me, Johnny and Pony spent the afternoon at the park, when I decided to walk on the brim around the well, slipping and falling in. It didn't make it better that it was a bit of a chilly day, so I'll probably catch a cold. On the way back, we just met Soda, who came back from his shift at the DX.
,,It's not like it's raining outside, smartass.''
,,I'm sorry, I was just saying! Come on, I'll get you a shirt.''
Following Soda to his and Pony's room, I took of the jacket I was wearing, throwing it over the stair's railing. As I got into their room, Soda was searching through his dresser, pulling out a white shirt.
,,Here you go...Might be a bit big on you, but it'll be comfy, though. I'll be right back.''
He scurried off as if it was embarrassing to him, but I didn't think much of it, so I took off my wet shirt and took his, and...It was overwhelming. The cotton was so soft, it must've been freshly washed, and the scent...Oh, the scent was holy, I could've drowned in it.
Just as I put it on, Soda came back with a mug, probably with tea in it.
,,I made you some tea, I hope you like chamomile.''
,,Thank you.''
,,You can give me that shirt back whenever, 'aight?''
,,'Aight!''
- Time skip to now -
,,Well, the thing is...I kept it longer 'cause it was just...How do I put this...It was so comfy, and it had your scent on it, and I just couldn't get enough of it, I couldn't get enough of you, so I used it as a sleep shirt, and-''
Sodapop cut me off with a tight hug and kiss to the top of my head.
,,That's cute, and...You can keep it, I don't mind!''
,,Aww, thank you!''
And so I kept it forever, knowing, that I'll never forget Sodapop:)
