Caspian, The Region of Passion

There were so many words I didn't even know existed, such as transportation and train. I rode one for the first time, and was completely awe-struck by the amount of people there and how crazy fast it went.

It took us hours, but it was probably the most amazing experience I have ever had in my life.

Caspian was incredibly far from Exalos, making me realize how big the world really is, and how different other regions are to Exalos.

Everything changed after I met her.

Unfortunately, I fell asleep in the train and didn't get to see much, then we went to her home which was only 10 minutes away from the train station by walking.

Now, we were finally at this girl's house.

"So... your name is Citrus?" I confirmed.

"Yeah! And yours is Rai?" She questioned back.

I nodded. Then suddenly getting dragged by her to the bathroom.

Her house was so different from mine, every house was.

There were white sofas surrounding a glass coffee table, light khaki curtains, with a huge blue swirl painting on the white wall.

The bathroom had a similar colour scheme, a marble counter surrounding the sink and mirror, a shower, and a box filled with soaps and conditioners.

"Stay here. Let me get the aid kit. You can wash your hair here if you want. You can also change into some nicer clothing since your overalls might need to get washed." She said.

After seeing her out of my sight when she was walking back into her room to get the medical supplies, I went to the sink to see how messed up I was.

An audible gasp escaped my mouth the moment I looked in the mirror, my hair was all tangled, my red shirt turned dirt dull while one of the straps of the overalls broke.

"Oh god- I look terrible!! I had his appearance the whole time? I must've shocked your parents!"

I heard Citrus laugh in the distance after she heard me. But there was something different about me in the mirror.

I was struck by lightning, I was sure of it. But there was no blood, my blood circulation system was fine and nothing seemed injured.

I saw a weird colour coming from my hair so I had to see which part of the hair it was coming from.

"Purple?"

Citrus came back with a red aid kit watching me in confusion as I said that.

"Was this always here...?" I asked.

"Uh... I think so? I didn't pay attention from the beginning since almost all your hair looks dirty to me, but was it not supposed to be there?" Citrus replied.

I couldn't think much with all this dirt covering me.

"I should take a bath first."

"Yeah, you should."

I took off the dirty-coloured shirt and overalls and placed them outside the door, hoping Citrus could do something with them.

She left me alone while I tried to figure out how to open this shower, it had a bit more confusing knobs to turn but I figured it out in the end.

The sudden hot water met my back, making me flinch as I adjusted it to a normal temperature.

Although, who doesn't like hot showers?
