Well, what are GhostWings?

Let's move to the Six Fallen Islands, fallen thousands of years ago, once habited by a NightWing who used science to create animus magic, once habited by an IceWing who sought refuge and founded the line of animus magic yet again.

Long ago it was told in tales that GhostWings lived in the sky, flying all day all night, taking spirits away using Divination, their Necromancer, and never slept. But in recent centuries GhostWings have lived in the Fallen Islands. They are known to be the sole tribe of the Fallen Islands and have been for the five hundred years they have lived there.

Their Queen was actually born as a bargaining chip in the time of Queen Ethereal, who was at that time in the War of Phantomhearer, led by Phantom the GhostWing, which was a rebellion act for reasons no one can name. It was rumored that Necromancer Oracle wanted to join but was tied to her Omen Throne for the majority of the war. Queen Spectre understood the people (though their needs were actually already given) and she defeated her mother and became Queen.

Phantom, Phantom's an interesting case. Phantom lead the Ethereal Rebellion, also known as the War of Phantomhearer. Reasons remain unknown but dragonets are taught now to obey the Queen as her every word is true.

The Omen Throne? No one knows where it is. No one knows what it is. Only that it keeps whoever sits on/is tied to it immortal, but only if they are sitting on/tied to it.

The Fallen Islands consist of five Islands with Demon's Eye Lake in the middle, surrounding it like flower petals, and one lone island in the middle of Demon's Eye- Pearl Island, where Queen Spectre lives. The Islands consist of Pearl Island, as previously mentioned, Moon Island, where the moonlight shines on most, Silver Island, where mines are located, Prosperity Island, where GhostWings mainly live (though some are scattered throughout other Islands), and Omen Island, where GhostWings are hatched under the moons and where Divination and Oracle have spoken with the dead.

Necromancers are dragons born under three moons, with the ability to talk to the dead. If they lived long enough, they could travel forth the realms of Dead and Living.

The Necromancers known to GhostWings included Divination, who was a long ago female dragonet, alive around Queen Clair's time (around seven thousand years ago), who lived for the longest of times forcing the dead to bring her back as she was a Necromancer. She always came back in Omen Island, and she while did nothing special, unlike Oracle, she was known for her long time roaming the Islands.

And Oracle. Oracle was a long ago male dragonet, alive around Dictator Animus' time (around six thousand years ago), who caused Animus' downfall by communing with the Spirit Jars Divination made for Queen Clair during her time, but no one really knows what he really did to Animus. Rumor has it that he trapped Animus' soul into his Spirit Jar and since he perished shortly after overthrowing Animus.

Or did he perish? No one knew. Stories resurface that he is tied to the Omen Throne, but the Elders never listen.

It's interesting, their hierarchy. First we have the High Queens, then Queens, then Elders, the Princesses/Princes/Kings, and everyone else.

The High Queen currently was High Queen Spectre, who probably dictated Queen Tiding, who was in control of the Elders, Skotomenos, Skull and Lead Elder Thana.

But our character is the great great granddaughter of Skotomenos, and her name was Echo.

Echo had a long story: from her mother being killed at her hatching and being gaslighted by her father to finding Oracle who mentored her and learning the truth so lost not even High Queen Spectre knew, and she was out for revenge on the Pyrrhian dragons.

Why?

It was one dictator.

And six thousand, five hundred and ninety-eight years of the same lies.

The four hundred and two years of no lies were the time of Crystalline, who fell through the Clearing of Omen Island where hatchings were, and freed everyone from the Curse of Animus, returning to her home upon realizing what a war her kingdom was in, and since she was chosen by the Gift of Compromise (it was the war of IceWing succession that was never recorded in history, and the animus of that time decided to make a gift to choose a commoner for a queen) she had no animus blood. She had one egg, hatching Frost, and she took another from the royal hatchery, Ex-Princess Moonstone's, and that hatched an animus, Diamond. Then after Diamond 'killed' her, she found herself falling through the Clearing of Omen Island and she resurrected the IceWing line of animus power, returning home two hundred years after Darkstalker disappeared, protecting her line of animuses with the most complex of spells. Crystalline used the Gift of Compromise to sort through Animus (the NightWing)'s lies, but as she left, thinking her four hundred and two years might amount to something, a young Thana came and took the Essence of Immortality from the Omen Throne and became an Elder, then regaining control of the lies, living for one thousand five hundred and eighteen years.

Oracle already knew her time of death as she had been long expired, and had told Echo.

She knew it was one dictator, but she needed everyone to bow down to her for them to listen: for them to see the Omen Throne and Oracle in all his might, and deliver a prophecy from the dead to decide the Islands' fate. And why she needed Pyrrhians? Simple. Because GhostWings believed strictly in what the Elder's thought, not some random child.

Her mind became narrowed into another path, not the normal GhostWing path, but not an open path either. Her thoughts muddled down and her determination pushed her through.

Now she was at Pyrrhia, so why didn't she try to make some Pyrrhians do her work? She had tried hardest to fit meetings with Oracle with all those eyes looking at her every move.

It was her time.
