Chapter Eight - Get Out

"What are you doing here?" She takes a step back which allows him to jump into the room.

"I wanted to see you." He tries to kiss her but she turns away. "Give me a fucking kiss." He grabs her by her arms and squeezes pulling her into him.

"Please... stop." She struggles to get away.

"You need to come home!" He pulls at her again. She continues to struggle with him but he pushes her to the ground.

*Knock, Knock*

"Are you fucking someone!?" He whispers but in a yelling tone at her. She shakes her head hoping that would suffice him. "Answer the door, get them to go away." He yanks her up and throws her to the door.

She opens it, looking through the sliver she made for herself.

"Dean... now not really a good time."

"Aj could we just talk please." He looks sad.

"I can't right now." She tries to close it but he quickly puts his hand up.

"Please."

"She said she can't right now!" Punk swings open the door all the way.

Aj looks down at her feet sadly as Dean bubbles over with anger.

"I think you should leave," Aj whispers to Dean.

"I'm not going anywhere." Dean lets out a heavy sigh staring dead at Punk.

"Dude don't make me hurt you."

"What like you hurt her?" He feels terrible after the words escape his lips.

Aj quickly looks up surprised Dean would say that. Before she knows it Punk has pushed her to the side and into the lockers on the wall.

"What did you fucking say to me?!" Punk yells grabbing Dean by his collar.

They start tussling with each other in the hallway for everyone to see.

Aj lies sprawled out on the ground when Seth and Roman come rushing down the hallway pulling Dean and Punk apart.

She watches on with one eye as she bleeds from the side of her head. As Dean is being pulled by Roman he fights out to go to Aj's side.

"Aj are you okay? I'm so sorry."

"Get off of her. She's mine." Punk pulls Dean away from her and tries to pull her into him. "I'm so sorry baby."

"Seth, go get the trainer and security." Roman points down the hall before slowly pulling Punk. "We're going to get her so help okay." He tries to speak calmly to de-escalate the situation.

Seth arrives a couple of minutes later with a trainer and four guys from security.

"You need to get him out of this building and Aj needs to be seen by you." Roman whispers over to them. By this time Punk has her in his lap curling around her as if he was trying to protect her.

She continues to lie motionless, listening to all the commotion as they pull Punk away from her. He fights back and forth with security while Dean takes his place. Seth seems less concerned for her, but she thought maybe it was the fight they had. Or maybe even the fact he didn't know the full extent of what Punk did to her.

They all stand over her as she gets looked over by the trainer. "It looks like she has a concussion. She might also need a few stitches."

"Why isn't she speaking?" Dean looks up at the doctor while stroking Aj's hair.

"Might just be a trauma response. Do any of you know if maybe she was beaten as a child or in an abusive relationship?" The trainer asks.
