Izuku stares down at the city below him. He'd only ever visited Tokyo once before, and he knew then that the city would be too big for him to see all in one day, but he's especially aware of that fact now. There's so much to see and do, and now he's not sure that he'll ever get the chance to see it again. He frowns as his eyes catch on the swarm of people rioting in the streets. It looks like Shinobu has had another round of blood and drugs, he realizes. He hates every bit of this. He can't help but wonder where Katsuki is and what he's doing. Surely, he knows that he and Ena are missing by now. He has to. He should be here any time now. At least, that's what he tells himself for the time being. He'll be here any minute. He'll be here any minute. He has to be, he has to be here any minute now.

He starts to pad across the room as his mind races with thoughts of how he ended up here and all that's happened during the time that he's arrived. Despite saying he wanted to be conscious of his journey here, he had to be woken up when they got inside the building. Shinobu rolled up his sleeves and gave him a kiss on his forehead which caused him to cringe at that moment. He wanted to live a life where he'd never know that man's touch again, tender or otherwise. Yet, here he is engulfed by the man's presence and unable to escape any touch that may be presented before him. There are times when he tries to remove the disgusting feeling of Shinobu's hands and kisses from his memory and his skin by trying to think of Katsuki. Katsuki, who's always been gentle with him. Katsuki, who has cared deeply for him. Katsuki, who has left no room in his mind for doubt that he is loved.

He'd give anything to see Katsuki again. And, for a moment, he swears he probably does. There's a flash of blonde hair propelling itself toward the building and he can hear the impact that rumbles from somewhere far below him. He's not sure that it's Katsuki, but he can hope it is. He has to hope, especially now that the building is on lockdown. He steps away from the window to allow space for the barriers to fall into place, allowing them to block out any view of the outside world. Red lights are flashing in the hallway as sirens blare over the speakers. It feeds Izuku's hope that he and his friend will be found and rescued, and come tomorrow all of this will have been nothing more than a bad dream.

He hears someone outside his room, unlocking the door. He turns and faces the door to see his so-called guard entering the room with a set of handcuffs, which he's sure are specifically meant for him. His eyes flicker down to the cuffs and back up to his keeper's eyes. "Come to make sure I couldn't run?" he asks with a bitter tone.

The woman laughs, shaking her head as she walks across the room. "I'm not worried about you running. These are more to make sure that you don't get any ideas about helping your friends should they show up to save you."

Izuku gulps, backing into the wall. "They wouldn't need my help. They're more than capable of getting me out of here without my help."

"That's what you think, but they haven't fought me yet," she boasts. "Just make this easy for both of us and give me your hands. It's not like you're going anywhere until all of this clears up anyway."

"No," Izuku says sternly. "I'm going to be ready to go when Katsuki shows up and defeats you."

"Suit yourself, then."

Despite his struggle and attempts to avoid being bound by the cuffs, Izuku founds himself sitting in the corner, listening as everything happens outside of the room. There's so much screaming and yelling, there has to be some kind of raid. Maybe, just maybe, Katsuki really is out there. Maybe he's on his way here right now. He listens to what sounds like the sound of metal scraping and collapsing to the floor. There are a few distant sounds of punching and screaming. Most of it sounds fierce, but even so, there is some fear mixed in there from time to time. He wishes more than anything that he could tell what exactly is going on out there. The only form of relief he feels comes by way of the woman outside his door yelling for someone to stop where they stand.
