Meanwhile, Elia and the other team members are also investigating any suspicious activities. "Alright, this isn't working." Eliza says. "My ideals are to divide our group to find more clues." Beta says. Everyone agrees on the decision. "Okay, Elia, Beta, Eliza, and Razor go with each other. And Shadow, Alicia, and I go the other way." The team agrees, but Elia starts to have a bit of a disagreement. "Sorry, but I'm not going with the robot." Evan turns around and asks her. "Why, because he called you a-" "Yes, that's why!" "It was two months ago, deal with it!" Elia pouts, but she finally decides to go with them. While they leave, Eliza tells Shadow. "I'll miss you!" Shadow looks at him and exaggerates being sad. "Oh, not if I miss you first!" The two fake cry and the two groups split up and go they're ways. Shadow starts laughing over the interaction he had with Eliza before he left. While they continue finding more clues, Elia seems to be annoyed and is behind the group. She suddenly exaggerates a yawn which gets Beta's attention. "My sensors indicate that your energy is low and have a small chance of fainting." She gets annoyed by him and walks away from him and starts to pat Razor's head. "At Least I still have you." She whispers to him which makes him wag his tail. While that happens, Alicia is looking for any evidence. "Can't find anything." She tells everyone. "Well, time to go somewhere else." Evan tells her. While they walk, Evan notices that Shadow is acting very odd. "Hey, are you okay?" He asks him. "Huh, oh n-nothing." Evan looks at him while raising his eyebrow, but continues to go on with his business, until Shadow starts talking with him. "Hey Evan." "Huh, what is it?" "This may be a weird question and might bring back dark memories but. What was your mother like?" "Oh, she was like everything to me! She was my friend, she cared for me when I was sick, she always put me in front of everything. I miss her." Shadow smirks over the amount of love Evan felt for his mom. "Sounds like you two had a perfect relationship." Evan looks at him and tells him. "Yup, I guess I had her and you have Eliza." Shadow smirks, but says something very interesting. "Yeah. But have you ever thought about being more than best friends?" Evan looks at him with a disgusted look on his face. "Umm, she's my mother. I just don't think that will work out." Shadow looks away embarrassed and says. "Right, right!" He quickly walks in front of him trying to forget about his embarrassing moment. But Evan quickly realizes what he meant. "Wait, were you talking about Eliza?" Shadow freezes and tells him in secret. "It's just, I had crushes on girls before, and I know what that's like, but, I think, I might feel that way about Eliza!" Evan looks at Shadow with a shocked expression. "And I don't know what to think because this is the first time I said this outloud and there's no one that I talk to about and normally I would go to Eliza but I can't because duh, this is about him and. Ugh!" After Shadow is done coming out to Evan, he sits down and collects his thoughts. "Hey, I might not be good at helping with relationships but we will accept you no matter what!" Evan tells him. Shadow looks at him and smiles while Alicia goes to the two and asks. "What is it? Why are you two so happy?" Shadow looks away scared over the fact that Alicia might not accept him. "It's nothing, we were just talking about some stuff." Evan tells her. "Okay, but I found something interesting." The two look relieved and they both go to the area. "Hey, will you do anything about it, you know. Your feelings about Eliza?" Evan whispers to him, but Shadow tells him. "Do? I'm not going to do anything." He walks away with a depressed look on his face. "Just tell him, it feels better to get it off your chest, trust me, my sister told me everything about coming out." Shadow looks at him and asks. "Coming out? Wait, are you also?" Evan corrects him and says. "No, she thought I was but I'm not." Shadow laughs and says. "Yeah, that's what you'll think until you start thinking about it." Evan chuckles over his response and they find the thing she was talking about. "T-that's it?" Shadow asks her. "Yup, all we need now is to open the pod." She tells them, while they go closer to the pod, two figures jump in front of them. "Who are you?" One of the figures asks which turns out to be Alex. "Looks like some weirdo!" The other figure says which turns out to be Evil.E! "Oh great, I've heard about these two!" Shadow informs Evan and Alicia. "Yeah, I am pretty famous." Evil.E taunts while Alex sharpens her blades! "So, you are created from the dark memories from my sister? Gotta say I like the look, but you're missing what makes her special!" Evan insults him. "Gah, how dare you insult me!" Evil.E yells while lashing out his sword at Evan, but he manages to teleport behind him and kicks him on the neck. "Jeez, you suck!" Alicia insults Evil.E. But, Evil.E manages to dodge one of his attacks and is about to strike Shadow! But he is saved by Eliza in the nick of time! "I got your back!" He tells him, Shadow smiles but quickly looks down in sadness, the two enemies decide to retreat to give information about the pod. "Cowards!" Eliza says while Shadow stares at him. "A-are you okay?" Eliza asks him. "H-huh, no no no I'm okay." Shadow walks away embarrassed. Then, Elia, Beta, and Razor arrive a little too late. "You missed it, we just had a run in with your copy." Evan tells her. "Oh him, I'm going to get him!" She quickly sprints towards where Evil.E left. While she left, Shadow goes next to Evan and tells him. "I think it's time for me to tell him." Evan looks at him and says. "Ye-oh umm, okay." Shadow slowly walks towards Eliza while Evan is trying to move Alicia, Razor, and Beta. "Hey, Eliza." "Huh, oh hey." "T-there is something I need to tell you." "Huh, what is it?" Right when Shadow was about to tell him, Elia arrives and tells everyone she couldn't find him. Shadow is annoyed and Evan walks towards him and tells him. "Don't give up, there's always next time." Shadow looks at him and smiles.
