Chapter 14

While they go and save everyone, Owen is being taunted by Evil.E. "Look, a tomboy." He gets upset over the insult. "I'm transgender idiot!" Evil.E looks at him and says. "I know, tomboy!" Owen gets more upset to the point that he charges at the glass but is unable to break it. "Pfft, weak!" He tells him while he walks away. "Oh I swear once I break out I will break every bone in his body!" While he vents, Ashley is sitting down but starts to have a panic attack! "Hey hey, what's wrong?" Zack tries to comfort her. "W-we're getting crushed, how are you so calm?" Everyone looks at her confused. "What do you mean? The walls have not moved." Bree tells her. "Wait, are you claustrophobic?" Trisha asks her. "Y-yes, I never told you guys because I thought you were gonna make fun of me!" Everyone once again looks at her confused. "What do you mean, we will never do such a thing." Owen tells her. "R-really?" She asks everyone. "Of course, you are our friend, we help each other out." Zack tells her. She smiles and hugs him. "Thank you." She tells him while he smiles back at her. While everyone tries to help Ashley with her claustrophobia, Elia and everyone else arrive at the base everyone else is being kept in. "So this is the place, I gotta hand it to her, this place does look pretty cool." Elia tells herself while Evan bumps her away saying. "There's no time to goof around!" Elia gets annoyed over his sudden angst. "Why are you so edgy all of a sudden?" Evan looks at her and scoffs while Miles goes next to her and kisses her on the cheek. While Beta and Razor try to find an area to break in, Shadow and Eliza start to flirt with each other. "I love your hair, it's so hot!" Eliza tells him. "Well I love your tail, it's so cute!" While they continue, Elia and Miles notice this and try to flirt better than both of them. "You have such a great chest, so hard!" Elia tells him while Miles tells her. "You have such a thicc rear, so soft!" Elia blushes and continues to kiss him. The other two notice and do the same thing. "Enough you two!" Evan yells both at them. "Ugh, what edgeboy?" Elia teases him, and a little more. "Oh, is there someone you like in there so that's why you're being so serious?" Evan looks at her with an annoyed look while Alicia walks towards Elia and tells her. "I hope not!" Elia looks at her confused, but starts to think about it and lets out a cheer for joy. "Oh my god, she likes you!" Everyone looks at her confused. "What are you talking about?" Eliza asks her. "Oh, n-nevermind." She says, then Beta and Razor manage to find an entrance to the base. "Nice work you two!" Evan compliments the two. "Hmm, Razor and Beta, interesting ship." Shadow teases which gets Eliza to laugh, but gets Razor and Beta annoyed. "Target locked: added to hitlist!" Beta tells himself. But Razor looks at him and agrees. While they sneak in, Alicia grabs Evan's hand and Elia looks at the two with a smug face. "What are you doing?" Evan asks her. "Oh, my hand is cold." She tells him. "It's pretty warm here." He tells her. "Oh nothing, I just-" Evan then pulls her in a corner and tells her. "Look, you're a great girl and I like you, but I don't like you like you, do you know what I mean?" Alicia looks at him with a confused expression. "What?" She tells him. "I'm not interested in being in a relationship, but that doesn't mean I'll be in one in the future, and I might be with you, but I'm not interested right now." Alicia looks at him and tells him. "I'm gay Evan." He then looks at her, realizing the truth. "Oh, so that's why you hold my hand so calmly." He looks to the side and sees Elia, Miles, Shadow, and Eliza watching them. "What is up with so many woke humans nowadays?" Beta asks himself. "Beta, stop doing that!" Elia tells him. Suddenly, Maria opens one of the doors and spots them. "Oh, it's you guys." Elia gets her weapons ready, but Maria tells her. "No need to be so on edge." Elia looks at her and says. "Yeah, my brother here loves the word edge." Evan gets annoyed at her and nudges her while he teleports behind Maria and aims his gun at her. "Don't hurt her, she's Zack's sister!" Elia warns him. "That's no excuse for her!" He tells her. Then, Maria calls for her robot bat to help her, but is quickly shot down by Evan. "Nice try." He taunts her while Elia pushes him away from her, and she escapes from them. "What is wrong with you?" Evan yells at her. "What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you?" He looks at her confused. "What do you mean what's wrong with me?" She looks at him and tells him. "What's wrong, oh I don't know you're being an edgy teen again!" He looks at her and tells her. "Is that a problem?" She turns around and yells at him. "Yes it is!" Evan looks at and walks away. "Wait, I'm sorry." She tells him, but he ignores her. "Gah, I hate myself!" She says to herself. While he leaves, Elia continues to apologize to him. "I'm sorry, please forgive me." He scoffs at the thought of looking at her. "Why are you acting so angsty all of a sudden, to be fair she does have a point about that." Alicia asks him. Evan quickly turns around and answers to her. "Yeah, I might be angsty still, but I only act mostly like that to people I don't like and people who deserve it." She looks at him and says. "So you hate your sister." He looks at her and says. "No, I don't hate her, I just act like that around her because I'm just messing with her." Alicia stops and smiles over that. "But don't tell Elia that." He reminds her. "Don't worry, I won't." He smirks at her and everyone else continues to go and find everyone. Meanwhile, Ashley has calmed down, over earlier about her claustrophobia. While they continue to find a way to break out, they can see Macie being brought to a room while Lizardmen are watching her in case something happens. "Ah, she is guarded to all heck, what do we do?" Owen asks everyone. Until, a vent can be heard opening in the room they're in. The person who was opening the vent was Shadow. "Oh look, it's edgy the hedgy." Zack taunts. Shadow ignores them and helps Eliza get up and while he gets up, he gives him a kiss on the cheek. "Wait, are you guys like together?" Ethan asks. "Aww, you guys are together." Bree teases them while the couple smile at each other. Suddenly, the door where Macie was brought into opens and Shadow and Eliza quickly hide. "Hmm." The lizards inspect while everyone else acts like nothing happened. Until they notice the vent being removed. "Oh crap!" Ethan says while everyone else runs into the vent and escapes. While they escape, the lizards set off the alarm and everyone in the base is now alerted of their escape. "Great, just freaking great!" Elia says while annoyed. Shadow along with everyone else meet up with Evan, Alicia, and Elia. "You guys are okay!" Elia says with a relieved tone. "Yeah, but Macie is still in trouble!" Owen warns her. "Oh no!" Elia says with a worried look. "Listen, I know you want to help her, but you need someone to help you!" Elia looks at her friends and says. "Well, you guys can help me." Her friends look at her and say. "Umm, we just woke up from sleeping gas and we still are a bit winded." She looks at them and pouts. "Really, she's our friend!" While they argue, Miles walks in and says. "I'll go with you." All of her friends look at him nervously. "Oh, I don't think you two should be next to each other after you know-" They stop when they see Elia and Miles kiss each other. "Oh, you two are back together?" They both look at them and say. "Duh, why would we split up over a little argument?" All of her friends hug the two and say. "I'm glad you two are back together!" While they cheer, Evan reminds them about Macie, then both Elia and Miles go to save her while everyone else tries to leave. While Elia and Miles try to find her, they continue to flirt as they normally do. "I love it when you act tough!" She tells him, then he puts his hand on her head and scratches it. "Calm down love, save it for later." He chuckles. Then, a grenade gets thrown at them and gas starts pouring out of it. "Crap, tear gas!" She warns him. The two get away from it until they both get knocked away by a robot. "What the?" Elia looks up and sees Maria. "Well well well." She says to them. "You, why are you still following us?" He asks her. "Isn't it obvious? I'm just doing my job." She tells him. Suddenly, a yellow light pushes Maria to the side and she lands on the ground. "Oh, hello my brother!" The yellow mist disappears and it turns out to be Zack! "Why are you still doing this?" He asks her. "I have my reasons." She says while twirling her scythe. "Oh really, well I have my reasons to stop you!" He tells her. "You three go, I'll take care of her!" Zack tells everyone else. Elia and Miles go and leave to find Macie, but Evan sneaks away from the two and goes to fight Maria! While he sneaks away, the two siblings slash and dash at each other while their clothes move from the wind. "I am tired of your crap!" He taunts her. "I am tired of yours as well!" The two continue to fight until Evan steps in and knocks Maria into the wall! "Useless!" He says while reloading his rifle and aims it at her. "G-gah, what the-" While Evan aims his gun at her, Zack steps in to stop him. "What are you doing?" Evan gets annoyed from his outburst and pushes him away and lands a bullet on Maria. "No!" Zack yells while Maria falls on her knees onto the ground! "You son of a-" Zack yells while charging with his sword at him! Zack manages to impale Evan and throws his sword onto the wall while Evan is hanging on the tip of the sword. "Ugh w-why would you do this?" Evan asks while holding his breath. "Because you almost killed my sister!" He reminds him. "B-but I had to do what had to be done, I know it's hard, but you have to learn to deal with hardships." Evan's speech makes Zack think for a second, and he decides to remove the sword out of Evan's arm and lets him go. "I'm sorry, I just-" Evan pats his shoulder and tells him. "I understand." Zack hugs him while Evan rolls his eyes, but whispers in his ear. "If you ever do something like this to me ever again I swear I'll bash you through hell again and again!" This threat makes Zack nervous until he notices that his sister is gone. "W-where did she go?" Evan looks at him and scoffs. "She always manages to escape." Zack laughs while Evan teleports away to find his friends.
