"I didn't hear you pull up." Happy grumbled, his one boot up on the bumper of Rory's car, as he leaned back on the garage door smoking a cigarette.
Tig nodded toward the house, dragging his heels up the cement, and slipped his riding glasses into his breast pocket. "Didn't want to give it away or make her suspicious. Is she asleep?"
"Now I'm suspicious." It was late as they met secretly, the security light mounted to the top of the garage lit their conversation just enough so they could see each other's faces. "They're both asleep."
"Jenna came by today," he started. "She was looking for you and she's getting fucking desperate." Scratching the scrunched lines of his forehead Tig looked at Happy apologetically. "She's sayin' you knocked her up, Hap."
"No fucking way." He barked at Tig as if he were the offending party. "This is bullshit. I actually wrapped my shit with her, fucking whore."
Tig stepped back, feeling the heat of his rage as Happy rambled on about Jenna. "I know that but you gotta keep her from coming around your wife. She's one of those little psychos that would and we both know Rory will put a bullet in her." Seeing Happy in a state he never had before Tig hung his head feeling such pity. "Brother, I'm just sending the message before she gets nasty. You gotta talk her off the ledge."
Turning his back, Happy rubbed the top of his head vigorously with a heavy sigh. "We're having fucking twins," he admitted mournfully. "I can't handle this shit."
"Look, man, you gotta talk to her. I told her no one's gonna buy it but if she's crazy, I mean really crazy, she might come up around here and that's shit you don't want."
"You ever regret a fuck?" He asked, heading toward his bike hoping a ride would clear his head.
"Uhh," Tig thought back and his face screwed up as he shook his head. "Not one, man. I love pussy."
"I regret this one."

Happy didn't sleep. He took a long ride and barely made it home before Rory opened her eyes. Trying to act normal, he greeted her with a kiss when he stepped out of the shower. "Where were you last night?" She asked, her eyes following his reflection in the mirror. "I woke up you weren't in bed and you weren't on the couch."
"Couldn't sleep," he said nonchalantly, "Went for a ride."
"You alright?" She asked, truly concerned by his unusual behavior. "Is it the whole twin thing?"
Grateful for the out he nodded and pulled his usual uniform on. "Yeah, two girls are too much for me." In more ways than one, but Rory wasn't clued in.
"Could be two boys," she joked. "I don't know what I want."
"Are you going to be around today?"
"Oh, no, I don't think so." She stepped out of the bathroom and began to get dressed. "I have to drop Em off and then hit the grocery store and a bunch of other shit."
"Alright, I'm gonna be off the lot, I wanted to make sure you didn't come around when I wasn't there."
Rory smiled and nodded, kissing the top of his head as he sat, bent over, to tie his boots. "No breakfast today?"
"Nah, busy fucking day."
"Okay, I love you and I am telling you now, I'm gonna get big so please, no jokes."
"No jokes, little girl, got it."

Happy went to the clubhouse for coffee and a pep talk with Tig before forcing himself on his way to Cara Cara. Tig went with him, knowing full well Hap might need someone there, and even he could feel the anger and anxiety Happy felt.
"Hi boys," Luanne smiled sweetly as they trudged in. "What can I do for you?"
"I need to see Jenna," Happy pointed to her as she whispered with another girl.
"Oh." Luanne knew about the little affair and she understood fully. "I tried to talk to her; she doesn't get the whole thing yet. The others, they know, but Jenna thinks she'll nab one of you."
Happy was only there to talk to one woman and that wasn't Luanne. He nodded politely and walked past her toward Jenna. "We gotta talk." Gruff and straight to the point, he caught Jenna off guard but the girl still beamed when she saw him.
"My dressing room," he wriggled her eyebrows. "I'm so glad you came around." She said, walking ahead of him into the rectangular shaped room. When she turned to face him, Happy was staring her down with stormy eyes. "You're mad."
"You need to let this go." He growled, pointing at her.
"But, I thought,"
"You ain't thinking shit." It was abrupt and curt and Jenna cowered away from him. "Don't come back to clubhouse, no parties, nothing.
"But, I'm pregnant," she stuttered.
"You're a fucking liar." Thrashing around in her vanity, Happy pulled her birth control out of the drawer. "I wrapped my shit and you're on these, you ain't pregnant."
"Fine," she was terrified to admit the lie. "I'm not but I can keep my mouth shut, if you want to keep fooling around."
"I don't want your nasty pussy. You don't come around my club or my family, you're done, you're flagged. Hear me?"
With tears in her eyes, ones that barely registered with Happy, she nodded, as she was too afraid to speak to him. Happy smiled and with a swift swing of his toned, tanned arm, shattered her mirror.
"Don't make me come back here."
