*Weeks later*

Jenna and Ima strutted their way up the lot toward the clubhouse, more than just a few sets of eyes on them, intent on causing as much stride as they could until they got their way. Barely through the door before Tig intercepted them, the girls looked around for the real object of their attention.

"What can I do for you?"

"I'm just here to see Hap," Jenna said with a pouty bottom lip. It was obnoxious, her tiny voice reminding Tig of a preteen rather than porn star and model she actually was.

Tig's crystal eyes fell on Ima and she shrugged, popping her gum, and looked around. "Supporting my friend. Is Jax around?"

"No. Jax is busy and Happy is with his wife, the pregnant one."

Although Happy was far from secretive about Rory's growing figure word hadn't floated around to the less present friends of SAMCRO. Taken aback and actually hurt by the news, Jenna's eyes narrowed. "She's pregnant?"

"Yeah," Tig smiled. "They're actually at the doctor right now." Smug, yes, but Tig didn't care. Most of the Cara Cara girls were sweet, Lyla and the others, but Ima and her newest little protege were problematic to Happy, Jax and the others.

"Well, I'm just here to tell him that I'm pregnant too."

Ima pulled a face as she stared at Jenna, knowing it was a lie, and shook her head. "I'm out of this." Really, the lie didn't bother Ima but she didn't want to be mixed in with it when the truth came out. She was looking to snag a Son and being involved in that wouldn't help her.

"Seriously?" Jenna asked as Ima moved toward Chibs and a few of the others gathered by the kitchen.

"Why am I having a hard time believing that?" Tig laughed and grabbed his beer from the bar. "Besides, all the guys you're fucking I'm pretty sure there's a slim chance of the thing actually being Happy's."

"I just want to talk to him." She stomped her heel and her chin began to quiver. "He won't even talk to me."

Tig, actually feeling for the girl, tossed his arm around her and slowly walked back outside. "Look, I know you were into him, it sucks, I'm sorry, but Hap was just...working some shit out." How she didn't already know this to be true was mind boggling but Tig needed to soothe her obviously broken heart.

"Him and his wife, they're okay now?"

"Yeah, they are. He's fucked up in the head, it's why we all love him, but he made a mistake with you." Scanning the lot for a victim Tig swerved as he saw Rat working in the garage at TM. "Why don't you flirt with the prospect. He's less likely to uhh...fuck and run."

"I don't want the prospect." She whined. "Besides I'm pregnant and he won't even talk to me." Jenna hesitated that time, hating the lie but unwilling to admit to it, and Tig rolled his eyes.

Exhaling a huge puff of air he nodded regretfully. "Fine. I'll talk to him but you better think about getting straight or getting proof because this is not going to end well for you. Happy is nuts but his old lady is just as crazy."

"You're measuring a little behind, Mrs. Lowman, exactly 14 weeks but baby looks to be about thirteen and three days." The tech said as she rolled the wand over Rory's stomach. "There's the heartbeat though." She said, pointing to the flicking spot on the screen. "Nice and strong so don't worry, it's normal."

Rory smiled excitedly at Happy. "That's so great. It's a relief to see that. It's true you show sooner with your second, right? I feel huge!"

The tech chuckled and nodded. "Oh yeah, I was eight weeks with my youngest and people were asking if I twelve to fifteen weeks. It's awful, I know."

"As long as it's normal." Rory said with a slight frown. She didn't bask in the idea of Happy seeing her so large along with the other unflattering pregnancy changes she knew were coming. It wasn't embarrassment, they shared everything, but she liked being so wanted by him, she didn't want that to change even if only for a few months.

"This is your first ultrasound?" The tech asked, her lips turned slightly down.

"Yeah." Rory was instantly worried. "Is everything okay?"

"I'm sorry, yes, that just lessens the shock. I would have been surprised to hear someone missed this." The woman pressed down on Rory's stomach and the tiny baby wriggled on screen moving to reveal a second baby and heartbeat.

"Oh my God. Twins?" Rory looked at Happy, both terrified and overjoyed, and began to cry.

"Congratulations you two. That explains why the baby was measuring behind!"

Happy didn't speak, he didn't crack a smile, he just stared at the screen. One baby he was excited about but another just terrified him and the idea of two more girls was not one he wanted to entertain.

"Can you tell what they are yet?"

The tech shook her head. "Far too early, usually around sixteen weeks you have a better chance. You'll be able to see during the anatomy scan for sure."

"This was not what we were expecting." Rory said quietly. "Twins." Glancing to her side she forced a smile. "You okay, Hap?"

"Yeah," he said with less emotion than usual. "I'm fine."

"I know it can be scary but it's exciting, they both look healthy too."

Rory nodded, more upset over Happy's reaction than the surprise baby, and smiled genuinely at the woman. "Good, as long as they're healthy, that's all that matters."
