Olivia's POV

I'm so nervous for this appointment, more so than any appointment I've ever been to. What if Bristol is pregnant? What would we do? Would she want an abortion? Would she put it up for adoption? Is she even old enough to understand these decisions and make them for herself?

We arrived at the clinic right on time. Doctor Walker unblocked the clinic and took us straight back to a room.

"Hi, there sweety, my name is Dr. Walker. You must be Bristol?" She asked, directed to Bristol.

"Yes ma'am." She said, shaking the doctor's outstretched hand.

"So, Ms. Benson explained to me your situation. And so what I'm going to do is pretty simple. I'm going to take both a blood sample, and a urine sample. The urine will tell me if you are, in fact, pregnant. The blood sample is just a precaution, to make sure you haven't contracted any sexually transmitted illnesses. Are you ready?" Dr. Walker asked as Bristol nodded. I on the other hand was not. Even though I see this kind of thing every day, it's still takes on a whole new feeling when it's happening to someone you love.

*1.5 hours later. Dr. Walkers OB/GYN clinic*

Bristol's POV

It's been over an hour since Dr. Walker left with the blood and urine sample. I'm really nervous. I think Olivia is too. A knock on the door erupted in the silence of the room. The door opened and Dr. Walker came in.

"Well Bristol. The blood samples look good no infections or diseases. A little malnutrition perhaps, but given the circumstances that's the least of our worries. I wanted to be extra sure so I ran the test three times. All three came back conclusive that Bristol is indeed pregnant. I'm sure, Ms. Benson you're quite capable of laying out your options to Bristol, and what each would entail. I'll leave you two alone , for a few minutes to talk."

The lock clicked loudly in the silence. Elbows on my knees I cupped my face in my hands. "Olivia, what am I going to do?" I whispered, barely audible. Looking into her eyes, tears almost spilling over.

"Bristol." Olivia said taking my hand. "We're in this together, sweetheart. Whatever you choose to do, I will fully support you. But whatever you choose you're not alone."

"What are our options?" I said leaning into Liv.

"Well, sweetheart. There's adoption. You have the baby and It goes to a family who wants him or her. Abortion, which is a surgery that terminated the pregnancy. Or you could keep him or her."

"I'm not killing her, I can't do that liv, I just can't." I said, starting to cry.

"Okay baby. We have 9 months. We don't have to decide right now. The doctor will probably want to get an ultra sound to see how far along you are, and to make sure he or she is healthy." Olivia said standing up. "I'll go find the doctor." Olivia said walking to the door. "Liv?" I asked standing up. As she turned to look at me I quickly closed the space between us. I needed to feel the protection that her embrace provided. As we separated, she wiped the tears from eyes. "We're in this together. We'll be okay. I'll be right back."
