Cautiously, Farah walked with as little noise as possible towards the graveyard, whose ground was covered with decaying leaves, which was giving off this strong autumnal smell of humus.
She did not see Rosalind around, and was on her guard to avoid being attacked by surprise. She knew that by coming here she was taking a huge risk, which could cost her her life, but she had to at least try to protect Alfea, to protect her family, to protect Bloom.
Suddenly, the fairy felt the presence of her enemy, who was sitting on the bench among the graves, looking at her with an impassive gaze, her features hardened by her quest for revenge.

"Dearest Farah, how we meet again," she scoffed, a sneer of contempt forming on her lips. "I hope you enjoy my nightly visits..."

Faced with her provocations, the headmistress controlled herself in order to contain her growing fury; she certainly didn't want to give her the pleasure of getting upset.

"You're still friendly, I see," she replied sarcastically, sitting down beside her. "Do you want to talk to me about something?"

The blonde fairy continued to stare at her unblinkingly, it was getting rather disturbing.

"Bloom is not just a fairy like the others, she is very powerful, and only she can defeat the Burned Ones, because, as the prophecy says, in her shines the Dragon's Flame, the one that once created them," she explained in a calm voice. "There is a legend. It's a thousand years old. That's how old the Burned Ones are, by the way. They were soldiers from an ancient war. The legend is about the magic used against them. It created them. It's powerful. It's primal. The Dragon Flame. It burns inside our changeling friend."

At that moment, Farah's blood ran cold. She had indeed put the entire school at risk to test her student, as her intuition had told her.

"That's why you destroyed the barrier that protects Alfea and put lives at risk?! To test her?!"

She let out a chuckle, clearly unconcerned about the panic situation the whole school had been thrown into the day before.

"Don't be silly, darling, I know Bloom, she's ready to dive headfirst into danger to save lives, just like you and your dear son," she retorted with a condescending look.

At the mention of the young guy, Farah could not help but clench her fists and growl. She was attacking her family, her son, and she couldn't condone that.

"Leave Sky out of this!" she scolded her sternly.

However, Rosalind wasn't done abusing her. She was finally going to tell her the truth, a terribly painful truth that would probably destroy her forever.

"You're protecting him, aren't you?" she scoffed wickedly. "You were really lucky to have Andreas that day, without him you would never have been able to have that much desired child."

Saul's wife almost threw up, sickened by her words, which referred to the rape she had suffered. She was now certain that Rosalind had something to do with her misfortune, and she intended to make her talk.

"What are you talking about?" she inquired, suspicious.

The fairy's devilish smile grew wider.

"It's pretty clear though, isn't it? You could never have carried Saul Silva's child."

Sky's mom stood still for a moment, waiting for her interlocutor to continue and get to the gist of her thinking, which she did.

"When I tattooed our index fingers, I put a spell on you. Knowing your desire for a child, I made sure that if you ever decided to break up and fell in love with a man, you would never get pregnant by him."

With a look of disgust on her face, Farah shook her head, realising the toxicity of this woman she had once loved and who had made her life hell.

"You are so machiavelic, Rosalind," she grumbled, her eyebrows furrowing in anger. "You never loved me, you only think of yourself and power, but Alfea can only have one headmistress."

"Which is why I suggest you take a sabbatical," responded her ex-girlfriend, in a threatening tone. "A war is coming, and my teaching methods will be far more effective."

Sky's mom's jaw tightened. She certainly wasn't going to let her take her place and bully the students as she had once done.

"No way, I'm the headmistress," she refused curtly, standing up.

She didn't want to stand in the middle of that graveyard with that power-hungry, vengeful fairy for one more minute.

"Don't forget that you only got this place by imprisoning me. Know that one of us has to disappear, that your husband's place is compromised, and that Ben will not dare to do anything for fear of the repercussions on his children because the Queen is on my side."

Hearing this chilling sentence spoken in a voice like an ominous creak, Farah stopped walking. The evil fairy's plan was well-laid, she and Luna were using the same teaching pedagogy, a dark and destructive pedagogy; and she was going to take her place. She would have a boulevard in front of her to harm Sky, and especially Saul, whom she could not stand and from whom she wanted to take her revenge. The chestnut-haired fairy couldn't help but shudder: her main goal was to break them both. She was trapped.
Rosalind was going to attack her at any second, so she had to be prepared for the worst. Her irises turned from hazel to purple as she was looking for a way to defend herself. She didn't have the strength to fight, that was certain, and the attack was likely to be more than violent.
In about ten seconds, the fairy would break her neck and get rid of her forever. She had to prepare her body for the shock if she wanted to survive.

Suddenly she felt her feet leave the ground, floating in the air, completely under Rosalind's control.
The headmistress thought of her son and her husband, whom she might never see again, and coldly her rival snapped her neck before dropping her to the ground like a rag doll. Slowly the fallen leaves and the soil began to cover her body, until she disappeared underground, leaving many flowers to grow on her grave.

At Alfea, Sky had been unable to keep silent and had told his dad, who was now worried sick. His wife had gone to join Rosalind in the forest, he was sure. She always wanted to sort things out herself, but by going to the graveyard she had walked into the lion's den. She was far too exhausted to hope to win a fight with the blonde fairy.
The headmaster of Specialists grabbed his sword and put it behind his back, determined to go to her aid.
As he left his office and crossed the hallway to the exit, he felt his heart break and an unspeakable emptiness envelop him. Something really bad had happened to Farah, for he was unable to feel their bond. It had broken, Rosalind might have killed her, and the pain that seized Saul's body at that moment was appalling. He quickened his pace and began to run, hoping that perhaps he would arrive in time to save her, that it was not too late.

"Farah..." he whispered, panting, tears beginning to roll down his cheeks.

Quick, he had to find her! Nothing else mattered anymore, and he was ready to thrust his sword into Rosalind's stomach as he had done to Andreas.

Except he didn't know that Andreas was on his way with the Queen.
