it was lively that's for sure but it brought a smile to her face for the first time after the past couple of weeks it brought a genuine smile on a face, Kirti giggled as two cubs tackled her kai one of them, she was surprised that everyone welcomed her with open arms, she was sure they would treat her differently since she was not one of them.

" the moment she finds her mate she drops us so much for sisters before misters"

Kirti shook her head at the trio in front of her, " can you'll stop kiraan decided to let the pack know about me, and also kai needed to shift he was getting antsy".

" yeah yeah so did anything happen"

Kirti dead panned raya had no filter and she knew exactly what she was insinuating " no raya nothing happened"

"so wait you'll are together?"

Kirti looked at Leah " Ummm well not exactly but our feelings are out in the open or something to that effect".

she felt a soft peck on her cheek and from the tingle, she knew exactly who it was sitting comfortably next to her the so-called feared alpha looked like a lost puppy with his head against her.

" well someone seems to be cozy next to my sister," Dylan said joining the circle all of them were there, which made Kirti confused about how her brother was so comfortable with her and kiraan she had  expected some sought of reaction furthermore how did they find the pack house, she knew they were wolves but nothing added up.

as if reading her mind kaar spoke up " pack of alphas, we were friends way before you met kiraan, we met at a meeting to ally our packs, and there we became inseparable"

" so if you knew kiraan before me why did you not tell me? why did you'll keep me in the dark?"

" because we did not want it to seem as if we were on Kiraan's side, we wanted you to find him on your own and not us making it seem like a setup"

Kirti understood she felt arms circle around her waist " you need to tell them"

she was scared but this time she had her mate with her and that's all that mattered

" there's something Kirti needs to tell you'll that's why I called you'll here today please be understanding"

and so Kirti began reliving everything that happened the night before when she was done Dylan stormed off she knew that it would hit him the most after all they had made a promise of no secrets between them " I'll go talk to him"

she made her way towards the lake to find him skipping stones " why?" Kirti felt tears prick her eyes she did not want to be the reason he cried she sat down next to him " why did you not tell me, you were going through so much, but you didn't think of telling me? every time I asked if you were okay you lied to me. we shared everything, hell we even told each other when we had shitting problems? was that all our bond meant? how do you think I feel knowing that while I was laughing and enjoying my life you were suffering? do you think that makes me feel better? after knowing everything you went through after promising you that I will always be there for you, you kept this hidden from me Kirti"

this was too much for both the siblings as they held each other crying letting all their emotions out " don't keep stuff away like this from me again, you were doing fine what triggered it Kirti?"

the lump formed in her throat how was she going to tell him, if she did not even tell her mate yet she knew she would have to tell him soon since it would they would find out sooner or later knwowing him " I am not ready to talk about it but soon okay"

they made their way back and Kirti was tackled by a bunch of hugs " I am gonna whip your ass if you ever call yourself a burden again" Kira scolded

Kirti smiled they cared about her, and the voices in her head  were  wrong so damn wrong she was loved and she was not a burden.

making his way to her kai made grabby hands taking his usual place on her hip the others cooed at the cuteness " are you tired baby" kai hummed exhausted from playing around and also very dirty
