This is about R and I Fakier. He lost his mind, there is two of him. This split is causing him to mix what really happened that day with things that didnt. Panadol is a pain medication. Common for headaches and such. He probably gets headaches a lot due to his multiple personalities, trauma, and the damage from the water I mentioned last chapter.
