•Wedding day•
Feeling Elijah place soft kisses on my stomach, I hummed slightly. This is an amazing way to wake up. "I have a suspicion that you're not in such a good mood because we're going to my aunt's wedding." He chuckled slightly.
When he started to kiss me on the lips I wrapped my arms around his neck. Hmm... As he pulled away I smiled.
Opening my eyes, I stared up at him. He looks too happy for it to be anything even possibly wedding related. "Perhaps I'm simply happy from waking up to the sound of two heartbeats beside me." As he started to kiss me again I couldn't help but let out an ecstatic laugh.
"Not to focus on the adjective in that sentence, but thank God you didn't say three." Elijah chuckled slightly. He was certainly glad it wasn't three as well.
While we would love them regardless, I don't think either of us want me to have gemini twins.
Taking a deep breath I smiled. "I want to move to New Orleans after Jo's wedding. Or, really, anywhere with less prison worlds."

"Elijah, if any more witches come up to me to thank me for making sure Kai isn't the coven leader, I might lose it." With a smile, I whispered to him.Elijah chuckled slightly before kissing me on the cheek. God, this dress is uncomfortable. Adjusting my bra, I winced slightly. Caroline couldn't just let me wear a suit? I would be happy in a suit. "They're grateful. It's not everyday a woman merges with her dead brother to save your coven."
I...... Stop being logical. It makes it harder to be annoyed. "Well, am I allowed to thank you?" When I heard Liv's voice I quickly turned around. "Liv!" As she hugged me I smiled.
After a moment she pulled away. "My dad wanted me to give you something." Oh don't let it be anything bad.
Pulling the bag off her shoulder, she handed it to me. The second I grabbed it the weight dragged my arm down. "Holy shit-" "Yeah, sorry. It's basically the master copy of every Gemini grimoire." Elijah took the bag from me and I sighed.
Rubbing my shoulder, I stood up straight. "Thanks for reminding me that the upper body strength I had when I was 18 is gone." Liv chuckled slightly. It's... Sad to admit.
"I'm going to put this is in the car." Elijah gave me a kiss before he started to walk away.
__I smiled from where I stood beside Elena.
As Jo started to walk down the aisle my smile widened. Something I didn't even know was possible. God, she looks so beautiful.
When she reached the alter I could feel tears welling up. I love seeing the both of them so happy. Mr Parker walked to his seat beside Liv as the reverend spoke. "Welcome, family and friends, on this magical evening to the wedding of Alaric Saltzman and Josette Laughlin." I brought a hand up to wipe a tear away as it fell.
"Josette and Alaric have prepared their own vows." Jo handed her bouquet to Elena before holding Alaric's hands.
God, I'm so happy for both of them.
"Neither one of us should be here right now." Alaric... That might not be the best way to start your vows. But I see where he's going. "We've spent our lives dodging fate and beating the odds,"
I looked over to Elijah with a smile. "But because we did, I got to meet you, the most beautiful," As another tear fell I quickly wiped it away.
"Hilarious, and intimidatingly brilliant woman I have ever known. You inspire me." By now my smile was getting so big it hurt. "You've shown me that happiness is actually something that I can have in my life. And so.."
I didn't bother wiping away the tears anymore. It's all just so beautiful. "I promise to be with you and love you and to dodge fate with you for the rest of our lives."
As he spoke Alaric slid the ring onto her finger. Jo chuckled slightly. "Josette?" The reverend looked to Jo.
"Oh, god. That's a tough act to follow." A laugh spread through the room as she dried her tears. "Here goes. Alaric Saltzman, you are-"
When she gasped in pain I stepped closer. "Jo? Jo?" Oh, god.
There was blood soaking through her dress and everyone quickly noticed it. "Jo? Jo? Jo?! Oh. God, no." Jo screamed from the pain as she fell.
Kai appeared and I scrambled back. No, this can't be happening. "I was gonna wait till the 'death do us part's bit, but it seemed a little on the nose."
I quickly began to chant under my breath. "Am I right?"
As a high pitched sound filled the room I gripped my head. The pain made me fall as I screamed. The last thing I felt was something cutting through my chest
__I was able to take in a horrifically painful breath as I woke up. Bringing my hands to my chest, I could feel a shard of glass between my ribs.
While I used a nearby chair to pull myself up at least somewhat, I could hear everyone chanting. Starting to cough, I tasted my blood in my mouth.
Looking around the room I tried to find Elijah. I saw Stefan. And Caroline. Then Elijah. Kai had snapped their necks. Which wasn't surprising.
Wrapping my hands around the glass, I screamed as I pulled it out. "Spirituum porto nuntium meum prope et procul illis opus est mihi F-" I coughed. "Freya. Kl- Klaus-" The more I coughed the more pain I felt.
