CHAPTER : 12

GUSU KINGDOM

yibo along with others were waiting at the entrance.  The moment the carriage arrived . Zhan heart started beating faster . His hands were sweating he looked out of the window and caught a glimpse of the visible decor through the window ... and ?? Yibo did this all for him ? Just because I was coming to meet him for a small meetup? He really something.  Zhan blushed at yibos cuteness as the carriage door opened and asked for zhan to step out . Zhan got out with a jump out of the carriage totally not following the princess delicate style which made xichen chuckled at zhans small cute acts ... the maidens , the guards , all the other people in the spectator row were mesmerised by zhans beauty
He is too beautiful to be a boy . Such an unimaginable beauty .
Zhan got shy at the stares as they all bowed to him with respect and zhan of course bowed back ... the moment zhan walked through the entrance his eyes met the king ....the person he is here to meet . The person he has given his heart to .
Zhan was a blushing mess .
On the other hand.  Yibo could barely contain himself he was soo happy.  He was soo in love . He knew zhan would come to meet him any time ... xichen and xue Yang were just so involved in zhans beauty especially xue Yang who was literally drooling . The moment xichen saw xue Yang lost in zhan he pinched xue yangs butt and pouted making his partner immediately apologise. 
Yibo gulped and so did zhan as the bowed to eachother shyly . The King was someone else rightnow . No one believed this was yibo ..he never acted this way with anyone.  Not even  the princesses who used to come for proposal .
Yibo moved forward and offered his hand to zhan
"May I?"
Yibo asked in his cold sexy voice . Making zhan feel butterflies at the pit of his stomach
"Hmm"
He hummed shyly and put his hand in yibos which was just the perfect match... everyone was cooing and gasping... yibo looked at them as they all went silent and dismissed immediately .
Yibo walked zhan to the beautiful dining room along with xichen and xueyang .
" please have a seat my beloved Prince "
Yibo said
As zhans heart skipped a beat at the 'beloved'
He said nothing and sat obediently

"My Prince.. this Xue Yang my childhood friend and King of Gensian kingdom . And that is his husband xichen . They are the special guests I talked about "

Zhan bowed to them shyly as they bowed back

"I'm really happy to meet you 2nd born Prince of Lotus "
Xue Yang said with a bright smile as zhan passed a smile back humbly

"Same goes for me my king "

Xichen looked at zhan and winked
"You chose such a handsome king "
Everyone was shook at xichens words
Xue Yang pinched him as xichen whined .

"Ehm ehem"
Yibo cleared his throat as everyone went silent
"Let's have lunch my Prince must be tired and hungry "
Yibo smiled at zhan as zhan blushed and said nothing.
After the tensed lunch ... finally yibo and zhan were alone .
"Would you like to sit in the garden or be in my chamber to talk my Prince " yibo asked politely . As zhan shyly smiled and said
"However my king likes "
Yibo cooed at the wordings eternally and nodded grabbing zhans hand and walking him to his bedroom .
Zhan blushed at the thought of them being alone in the bedroom just to have a talk .

When they walked in zhan gasped at the huge beautiful artistic room..
It was so expensive just by having simple elegance of mere furniture

"Your room is really nice my King " zhan commented as he looked around
Yibo chuckled and got closer to zhan from behind
"Soon will be 'our' "
Yibo said and walked away smirking leaving zhan a blushing mess .
He followed yibo shyly around as they reached the balcony .

Zhan smiled at the view as yibo looked at him and just admired
"You like it ?"
Yibo asked still looking at zhan
"Yes , everything looks beautiful "
Zhan answered lost in the view of his  kingdom
"Very beautiful "
Yibo said unconsciously looking at zhan
Zhan turned around only to catch yibo staring at him . Zhan blushed and looked down
"My king ... can I see the binoculars?" He asked looking at the ground.
Yibo moved closer and held zhans chin making him look at him
"Now that you're here I don't think we need them "
Yibo said totally captivated by zhan
Zhan was a red tomato by now as his heart went crazy at the closeness and the words of the King.
"M-my king-" zhan stuttered as yibo eyes softened
"Yes my love . Ask me anything I'm ready to give you "
Yibo said as he caressed zhans face .
Zhan heart softened as he felt crying at the loving gesture ..he wasted no time and hugged the king hiding his upcoming tears .
"I-I want your p-promise to not break my heart "
Zhan mumbled the words near yibos ear who calculating all the things at once
Yibo tightened the hug and whispered
" no matter what . No matter what the situation . I promise to take care of your precious.  I promise to love you ever so lovingly that no pain in this world can win over it.  I promise to be your protector my love ."
Zhan eyes welled up with tears as he let a few of them slip . The words of yibo felt so sincere . He feels like he doesn't need to ask anymore .
But is it really enough ? Does he need any more confirmation? Maybe he does ?
Zhan broke the hug as yibo chuckled cleaned the tears .
He caressed zhans face and smiled
"Ask me don't hesitate "
Yibo said as if he read zhan thought
"I-i wanted to ask if you really are not going to harm my people ?"
Zhan asked looking at yibo right in his eyes this time
"My love... I chose you over the war . You are my priority.  Anything that makes you sad will never be done ... you have my word . This heart of mine is ruled by your love . It never betray its ruler . Trust me "
Yibo poured out the sincere words as zhan smiled brightly
"Thank you my King . You are helping me in making a decision soon "
Zhan said as yibo got excited and asked
"When am I expecting a yes ? When are we going to get married?" Yibo bombarded zhan with questions like a kid . Trust me he wasn't looking like a king by now
Zhan chuckled and laughed lightly as he held yibos hand and caressed it
" You have my yes . The wedding date is on you"
Zhan blushed after uttering the words and immediately let go of yibos hand turned around.  As yibo heart started beating crazily and he wasted no time and badkhugged zhan
"I love you soo much my Prince . You have given me another life "
Yibo emotionally uttered and placed a small kiss on zhans shoulder unconsciously which made zhan shivered but so loved at the same time

"Would you like meet my rabbits ?" Yibo said as zhan eyes widened as he nodded immediately like baby and ran to the door
"Come fast!! I love rabbits "  zhan insisted like making yibo shock but coo at his cuteness and love for rabbits

They walked to the garden as zhan threw himself to the rabbits that again were left here by the kids. 
"They are soo fluffy and beautiful you raised them well "
Zhan smiled at yibo who smiled back but immediately his smile vanished as sighed and sat next to zhan
" they are not mine .the children leave them here while they learn sword fighting . I sneak in to play with them sometime "
Yibo narrated the truth as zhan pouted and at yibo cutely
"But why ? You can get yourself a thousand rabbits.  Why do you have to sneak my king "
Zhan asked as yibo cooed and shook his head at zhans question
" I'm the king ..I'm not allowed to have any distractions my Prince... exception for one ... which is you "
Yibo said the last words in a whisper making zhan a blushing mess and looking away caressing a rabbit
"But when we get married you can have all the distractions no will stop you ."
Yibo said as zhan happily looked at yibo with excitement
" I can do sword fighting , play with rabbits , drink all the wine , play with all the locals ?? Can I do those ?"
Zhan asked with puppy eyes as yibo chuckled and nodded
" anything my love wants "
Yibo smiled making zhan the happiest person as he commented yibo how good he was
" You are really kind my king thankyou" zhan said
As yibo smirked as an idea popped In his mind
"Then give me a reward for bring nice "
Zhan blushed and nodded
"What my king wou-"
But before he could ask yibo pressed him down  on the ground by a passionate kiss .making the poor rabbits run for purity of their eyes.
Zhan was so shocked that he could barely think straight.  He just let the king kiss the life out of him while he laid there shocked
Returning the kiss obediently
Yibo after passionate session smiled at zhan and helped him sit
"Thanks for my gift... it was sweet "
Zhan blushed at the smirking expression of yibo as he lightly hit his chest and hid his face in yibos chest still processing while yibo just happily caressed zhans back .
