Raura - When she cries

Ross asks Laura out

Ross's POV

School just finished and everyone ran out of the school except me and Laura we casually walked out Laura has felt uneasy from time to time today she held onto my arm because guys have been staring at her and girls have been glaring in jealousy.

Laura: that was a tough day

Ross: I know 

Laura: I might hang out with Riker when we get home

Ross: okay 

Laura: *smiles*

We carried on talking about the school day and how hectic the day was and Laura was laughing at my silly jokes which made me smile she makes me fall even harder in love with her and I don't think that is possible I will have to talk to Rydel.

*At the Lynch household*

We got home and I opened the door for Laura and she walked in and she thanked me I followed her I closed the door behind me.

Ross: we're home!!

Stormie: Laura can you come in the kitchen on your own

Laura: okay

Laura walked into the kitchen while I walked upstairs to Rydel's room.

*Outside Rydel's room*

I knocked on the door.

Rydel: who is it?

Ross: your brother 

Rydel: come in

I opened the door and walked in and closed the door behind me.

Rydel: what's the matter little bro?

Ross: who does Laura like?

Rydel: what's brought this up?

Ross: earlier today a guy asked Laura out but she rejected him saying that she likes someone else and when I asked her a few questions it is someone that I know really well and when I asked is it one of my brothers she said no so I thought I would come to you.

Rydel: *sighs* how are we related?

Ross: what?

Rydel: she li

kes you and she has done for the past few months the only reason why you haven't figured it out is because she is good at hiding her feelings 

Ross: oh 

Rydel: now the question is how do you feel about Laura?

Ross: I love her

Rydel: then ask her out dummy before she decides to forget you and go with someone else 

Ross: okay ....can you help me?

Rydel: sure

Me and Rydel started to work on an idea on how to ask Laura out.

Laura's POV

I walked into the kitchen to be met up with Stormie, Mark and two police officers I was confused.

Stormie: I know this is confusing and scary Laura but the police officers have something to tell you

Police officer 1: hello Laura my name is officer Harry and I was the one who arrested your aunt earlier this morning 

Laura: what?

Officer Harry: she caused a disturbance and she wouldn't come quietly so I had to arrest her and then later today my collegue heard her shouting your name 

Police officer 2: I heard her shouting your name and she kept saying she wanted you back and she didn't know where you were 

Laura: oh 

Police officer 2: do you know why she would be saying this stuff?

Laura: well she drinks a lot and when I used to live with her she would get angry at little things and then take it out on me and sometimes it would hurt so much that I would end up sleeping on the floor.

Officer Harry: how long has this abuse been going on?

Laura: since my parents died

Officer Harry: which is?

Laura: maybe 10 years ago now

Police officer 2: so you have been living here

Laura: yes to get away from her 

Officer Harry: okay but will you see your aunt down in the station

Laura: no I won't sorry

Police officer 2: okay that's all 

Then they walked out of the kitchen and the house because Mark lead them out the house. 

Stormie: are you okay Laura?

Laura: *nods*

Stormie hugged me and I hugged her back then kitchen door opened and in walked Rydel and she smiled.

Rydel: Laura can you come with me for a second?

Laura: sure

I pulled away from Stormie and I followed Rydel to the park which is strange. 

Laura: why are we at the park?

Rydel: you'll see

Then I saw Ross I was mega confused now.

Laura: what is going on?

Ross: Laura Marano will you be my girlfriend?

Laura: yes 

Ross: *smiles*

Rydel: you two look perfect together

Laura: *giggles*

We then walked back to the house me and Ross held hands and I felt so happy he makes me smile and I couldn't wish for anyone better I think I was destined to meet Ross and he has saved me from my aunt someone who I thought no one could save me from.

I am now living a new life with the Lynch family and I am happy.
