Once we got back to the apartment we all went in and Chris sighed.
"Okay so we have 3 extra rooms so some people will have to bunk up.
"Your mom and my dad should at least get 2 of the 3 rooms." I said.
"Actually, Chris and I worked out I will be in your recliner in the basement." Jacob said and I smiled.
"Okay well mom you get a room. Carly, you and Ryan can have the other. Kids you guys okay on the floor in mom and dad room?" Chris asked and they nodded.
"Shanna, Ryan, Scott and Steve fight to the death for the last room." I said and we all laughed.
"Actually, we have a pull-out couch in the basement if you guys don't mind sharing space with Jacob." Chris said and I nodded.
"We will take that one." Scott said and we nodded.
"Alright now that's we have that dealt with let's get changed into our pajamas, then we do hot coco and a Christmas movie." I said and we all rushed to get ready. I noticed Chris pulled a pair of red checkered flannel pajama pants and a cute shirt with a snowman face on it.

"Cute jammies." I said and he laughed.
"Are you making fun of me?" Chris asked and I shook my head.
"No....never....kind of jealous..." I said he laughed.
"Well, no need to be." Chris said and I smiled as he handed me a pair of pants and a shirt. I smiled and gave him a small kiss.
"I love you." I said.
"I love you." Chris said I went into the bathroom to change as Chris changed in the room. Once we were done, we headed downstairs to have the best Christmas Eve.

After the movie and we got everyone to bed Chris and I were lying in bed together.
"So when do you all go back?" I asked.
"Not until after the new year. I'm staying at least. Everyone else wants to go back. They leave in a few days." Chris said and I smiled.
"Good, I want you all to myself eventually." I said and he laughed.
"You could have me now." He said and hovered over me. He leaned down and passionately kissed me as I wrapped my arms around his neck. He then grabbed the hem of my shirt, and we disconnected out lips to remove each other shirts. Once those were off Chris kissed down my body under the blanket and slid my pants down as he reached them. "Well it is after midnight so technically it's Christmas." I said and he smiled. He brought the present to the front between us and I just looked at Chris as he opened the box to reveal an emerald cut diamond solitaire ring.
"What is going on?" I asked.
"Jen, I love you and I want to be with you for the rest of my life. I met you on a night when I just wanted to go to bed. You are my support system, my love, my life, my better half. Everyone makes sure to remind me of that fact. I know it's soon but I don't see our life getting any better unless we are together. Will you please marry me Jen?" Chris said and I smiled as I leaned in and passionately kissed him.
"Yes. Yes!" I said calmly and then exclaimed. He laughed and took the ring from the box and put it on my finger and laid me back down on the bed as he passionately kissed me.
"My fiancé." Chris said as we broke apart.
"My future husband." I said as Chris kissed me again.
