***CHRISTMAS EVE***
I was sitting backstage at the show trying to call my dad, Chris, Lisa, Scott, anyone to talk to and no one was answering. I was getting pissed. I mean it was Christmas Eve, no one would talk to me and I hadn't heard from anyone all day no matter how many calls or texts I sent. I finished getting ready and then grabbed my phone one more time.
JEN: Fine, don't talk to me. I was hoping it being Christmas Eve at least my boyfriend would want to talk to me. Everyone else is ignoring me, I guess you are too. Fine...I have to go dance now. I'll take the hint...
CHRIS: Woah! Wait, what hint?
JEN: Now you answer?! Wow! The hint you don't want to be together anymore. I will be out of you place once the show is over and wrapped.
CHRIS: Hey, come on. Don't do this now. Call me after the show and I can explain what's been going on.
I sighed knowing I was opening up a can of worms when I couldn't finish because I had to go out on stage.
JEN: Fine, you better fucking answer when I call or I'm done Chris. It's Christmas Eve and I just want to talk to you.
CHRIS: I know sweetie, I'm sorry. Tonight, I promise.
I put my phone away as Myra came walking in.
"You ready to go? Christmas Eve!" She said excitedly and I smiled.
"I am...but first." I said pulling a small box from my bag and handed it to her.
"Merry Christmas." I said and she squealed.
"Jen!" She said excitedly and then handed me a small box. We both laughed. We opened up the boxes to find we bought each other the same charm for our matching charm bracelets. We had gone out shopping one day before a show and both bought a charm bracelet saying we always wanted one. We got each other a dance charm.
"You are coming back in the spring, right?" Myra asked and I nodded.
"As far as I'm aware." I said and she smiled giving me a hug.
"Yay!" Myra said and we laughed.
"It's time ladies!" The stage director said coming by the room we were in. We put our gifts in our bags and then headed to take our places.

Once the show was over we were out taking our bows and the house lights came up. I looked out and in the dead center row there was a whole group of people screaming and cheering. I smiled slightly shaking my head.
"They made it to a show!" Myra said to me and I smiled at me.
"After ignoring me all day and almost breaking up with Chris..." I said and she laughed. We took our final bow and I blew a kiss to the whole group. We walked off stage once the curtain closed and I was just smiling. I got back to my phone and saw Chris had just text me.
CHRIS: Still want to break up with me? 😏😉
JEN: Screw you Evans.
CHRIS: Later tonight...just have to be quiet can you do that?
JEN: You are so bad. Where am I meeting you guys?
CHRIS: Outside the stage door, it will be me then we meet everyone else at the Rockefeller tree.
JEN: Be out soon.
I put my phone away and started to get dressed to leave. I wore a pair of jeans and a cable knit sweater. I toned down my make up slightly. I told a lot of the girls Merry Christmas since we had Christmas day off. I rushed out the stage doors and saw Chris standing there signing some autographs and taking pictures of people that noticed him. Once he was done I rushed over to him and wrapped my arms around his neck, his went around my waist.
"I'm so happy you're here." I said as I pulled away from him. He passionately kissed me.
"No place else I would be. It's Christmas Eve, I got to see my amazing girlfriend perform her show and now I get to spend Christmas with our families in New York." Chris said and I smiled.
"Thank god I didn't ship yours gifts to Boston." I said and Chris laughed as he took my hand as we started to walk down to the Rockefeller tree. Once we arrived I saw everyone standing, looking at the tree. I gave Chris a sign to be quiet and I walked up to stand next to my dad.
"It's really pretty isn't it?" I asked. He went to answer and then looked to see me.
"JEN!" Jacob exclaimed and hugged me tightly as I gave a small laugh. Once we pulled away he just looked at me.
"You were amazing on that stage. Jacob said.
"Thanks dad." I said. I went through hugged all of the Evans family when I finally reached Stella. She jumped into my arms and hugged me.
"Okay, I only trust Stella's review. How did I do?" I asked, everyone laughed and then waited for Stella to answer.
"You were amazing!" Stelle said excitedly and I smiled.
"Yay! Also, I know I didn't make it to your recital but Chris sent me the video of you dancing and you are going to give me a run for my money." I said and everyone smiled as I hugged Stella again. Once she released me I looked at everyone.
"What do you guys day we head back to house and have some hot coco?" I asked and everyone agreed. I linked my arm in Chris' resting my head on his arm as we walked.
"You happy?" He asked.
"You have no idea. Only thinking one thing...." I said and Chris looked at me confused.
"What's that?" Chris asked.
"Do we have enough room for everyone?" I asked and he laughed as we continued to walk home.
