A loud roar sounded throughout the icy plains. I rushed over to see what was going on and saw Alpine, a large female IceWing, roaring in fury as a tiny scavenger was running through the snow carrying an IceWing egg. Alpine growled and lunged after the scavenger, however the scavenger was quick and clever, avoiding her serrated claws. Alpine was clever as well though, and led the scavenger onto the ice. The scavenger couldn't keep their balance and started slipping and tripping over themselves before eventually falling on their back. Alpine caught the scavenger in their claws and stole away the egg, she roared angrily in the scavenger's face before eventually taking the scavenger and eating them. Alpine huffed with frustration and took her egg back to the nest. Alpine flew back over to me and growled, "We need to do something about these annoying scavengers... they've been stealing eggs everywhere, not just here in the Ice kingdom!" I nodded in agreement, "Yes... And I have a solution, go get me a bottle of ink and a scroll." Alpine looked at me curiously but flew off to complete my request. She came back shortly and handed me the paper and ink. I took it from her and dipped my claw into the ink and wrote, This is a message to all queens of each tribe, scavengers have been stealing eggs all across the continent, we need to rise up and stand against them! Let's all gather at a mountain range near the Sky kingdom and find a way to stop these scavengers once and for all. -Shiver. Alpine was staring over my shoulder as I wrote, and when I finished I picked up the scroll and murmured under my breath, "I enchant this scroll to be sent out to every queen on the continent." And right before Alpine and I's eyes, the scrolled disappeared from my claws. Alpine looked at me in shock, "I still can hardly believe you can do that!" she exclaimed. I shrugged, "I suppose it is pretty impressive." Spine rolled her eyes at me, "What you mean is very impressive!" "Yeah, it is pretty cool... Now, let's head on down to the Ice Palace. The queen should've received the message by now." Alpine nodded in agreement, and we both spread our wings and took to the sky, flying south to the palace.
