"Flowey! You were hiding the last puzzle piece this entire time?!" You groaned.
"Always causing trouble huh Flowey.." Sans muttered eyeing down Flowey.
Flowey began to sweat and quickly piped up, "Anyways I finished the puzzle and you all lose! By the way Butt isn't it getting late?"
"I can see you're trying to change the conversation quickly but... yeah it is getting late, and stop calling me that!" You exclaimed.
Papyrus' face saddened hearing this, "AW! CAN'T YOU STAY FOR A LITTLE LONGER? WE WERE HAVING SO MUCH FUN!"
"Sorry Papyrus, Toriel will be worried if I don't come back tonight, or at least call soon. It's been a while and she's probably pacing now."
Papyrus stood up quickly, his face lighting up.
"OH! OH! WHAT IF YOU ASK TORIEL IF YOU CAN SPEND THE NIGHT? WOULDN'T THAT BE LOVELY SANS?!"
"Sure. It's been a while since we had a sleepover with any friends", Sans replied.
Flowey groaned, "UGH! You have to be kidding! Please don't make me stay any longer than I have to with these dweebs!"
You laughed, "Flowey you can head back for the night, I'll go ahead and call Toriel and see if she doesn't mind me staying the night."
Flowey gave Sans a long stare, and after a minute of silence he responded, "Hmph, I guess you'll be safe here for the night. I'll wait to see what Toriel says first though."
You nod and give Toriel a call, the phone ringing and Papyrus watching anxiously.
"Hello? How is it going in the underground Buttercup?" You hear Toriel's voice on the other end.
"You must have my number saved already!", you laughed, "It's going great actually! I'm at Papyrus and Sans' house right now, they want to know if I want to spend the night. Is that ok?"
"That sounds swell! It's going to be odd without you around tonight but you're an adult, it's your choice sweetheart. Stay safe! Don't go out after dark or without your winter clothes!" She responds.
"Oh darn! You might have to stop by, you don't have any pajamas on you..." She quickly adds.
"OH! OH! I HAVE SOME FROM WHEN I WAS YOUNGER THAT SHOULD FIT YOU PERFECTLY!" Papyrus shouts, surprising you as he somehow moved even closer to hear what Toriel's been saying, without you noticing.
"Jeez Papyrus you scared me! It's ok Toriel, Papyrus says he has some that should fit me." You tell Toriel.
"I heard", she laughs, "Anywho, give me a call if you need anything, and I'll be there in a jiffy if so!"
"Of course mom, love you! Goodnight!"
"Love you too sweetie, rest well! Eat something soon! Wait a second... OH DEAR, MY BISCUITS ARE BURNING!" You hear before the line clicks and the end call dial beeps in your ears.
"YAY! I'M SO EXCITED TO HAVE YOU OVER TONIGHT!" Papyrus exclaimed, quickly picking you up into a rib crushing hug.
"Paps you're crushing them." Sans mentioned as he began putting the puzzle away.
"I'm excited too Paps, but yeah!" You said strangled.
"OOPS SORRY! I DID IT AGAIN!" He yelled, dropping you quickly, "SO SORRY! ARE YOU OK?!"
"Of course! Your hugs don't hurt, they're just a lot of pressure!" You laughed, patting him on the shoulder as he kneeled down to you to check if you're hurt.
