Izuku is nervous. Him and his mother just arrive. They just arrive after he got announce as quirkless. He is upset and disappointed but more on nervous. He doesn't know if he have the guts to tell Katsuki about his situation.

"Kacchan will hate me. He will never want to be friends with me anymore," He says then silently sobs. He is scared because he knows that Katsuki will get mad. They promise to become the best hero duo in the world and now, he will break his promise. They are just four years old but his young heart knows that it will break into pieces if Katsuki will abandon him. He will not be able to bear it. His young mind also knows that it will be a tough life for him from now on.

Later that evening, Katsuki and his mother Mitsuki decided to visit Inko and Izuku. Izuku already talkto his father and his father assure him that he will be fine even if he is quirkless. You see, his father, Hisashi Midoriya is the number two hero Dragon, in America but no one knows that because Dragon is always known as Dragon. Nobody aside from the people that are close to them knows about his true identity. It is to protect his family.

Izuku cried and cried because he is ashamed that the number two hero in America have a son as useless as him. Although his father told him that everything will be fine? He is still scared. That worries his parents. They didn't know what to do. Good thing, Mitsuki decided to visit along with Katsuki. Now, will Katsuki accept Izuku?

In his room, Katsuki and him were playing board games. They are 4 but they are already good at playing chess. Both of them are very smart as well. Izuku is more on Analytical and Critical. He is also very creative. In short, he is a genius. In Katsuki's words.

"Izu, you are quiet. Is there something wrong?" Katsuki is getting worried. What is wrong with his friend? Why is he so quite. Well, Izuku is not super loud although he mutters a lot. But he is very quite today.

"K-Kacchan...I need to...tell you something." Izuku said stuttering out of nervousness. This made Katsuki more worried.

"Come on Izu, tell me." He is getting impatient.

"I-I'm sorry Kacchan. I-I am quirkless. I-I broke my promise. I-I can't be a hero with you." Izuku said then he started sobbing. Katsuki was shocked that he went silent. Izuku then thought that Kacchan will never be his friend anymore and he is more than hurt.

"I-I am useless now." He said then wipe his tears.

"Who told you that?" Finally, Katsuki was able to speak.

"H-Huh?" Izuku was confused. He thought Kacchan will be mad but he looked calm.

"Who told you that you are useless?" He said between gritted teeth. Who is the bastard that dares to insult his Izu just because he is quirkless?

"Me." Izuku timidly said.

Katsuki then huffed. He then reached for Izuku's cheeks then pinched it but not too hard.

"Izu, quirkless or not, you are amazing. You are my sunshine. You always makes me happy without even using a quirk. You don't need to have a quirk to be useful to others. Don't call yourself useless because you are far from that. Don't worry, I will protect you. I will be your hero. I will kick their ass if they hurt you!" Katsuki says proudly. For someone with the age of four, Katsuki and Izuku were both genuises so it is not a surprise that both of them have this kind of mentality. Although Izuku can be a bit childish sometimes.

Izuku's young heart flutter upon hearing his friend's words. A new feeling blossom inside of him that he can't name. It's new and it's amazing. Whatever it is, it is for Katsuki.

" Thank you Kacchan." He then smiled brightly which makes Katsuki squints his eyes. Izuku's smile is brighter than the sun and it makes Katsuki's young heart to flutter and he feels like he is drowning to a new feeling that his young brain can't comprehend at this moment. He is quite annoyed because he can't understand what he feels but time will tell.
