Hang in there, Mother

Hang in there, Mother
for I don't want you to suffer.
It might not show
but I care for you so.
I'll come for you soon
do not be so lonely like the moon
for you haven't lost in tune.

Hang in there, Mother
I'm still about to start
do not fear my journey even if I'm afar.
For your heart is always with me
even if you don't feel it is.
Know that I am nothing without you
I always think of you when I'm blue.

Hang in there, Mother
Time is nothing but short
and I'm still thankful for not being abort.
We haven't seen each other for so long
don't think that I did nothing wrong.
I have been ungrateful and ashamed
I know hearing my name now brings you pain.

Hang in there, Mother
Wait for me
I am coming to thee.
Will you light the path once again?
Will you wait for me down the lane?
I want to see you
tell you my stories from my journey
I know you will listen, just hang in there, Mother.
I love you.
