Blades and Ropes

12 1 1

When the leaves stopped growing,
And the birds stopped singing
Will you come and sing a lullaby?
To fuel thy hopes and not to die

What are the odds that you'll see,
Shattered being screaming in agony
They say, looks can be deceiving,
Black and blue beating.

Demise might just be a good idea.
Blind but not the disease.
I am not at ease.
Bring the blades and ropes will ya?
