Yolanda has been a hypochondriac for years and now she realizes that she is not alone in this case because she found out herself that she was going through a health crisis that led up to her being diagnosed with hypochondria in which she never knew she had that until her last doctors appointment that same day that the doctor told her that she had it from the very beginning of her life and she didn't know what to do at this point in time because it was all new information to her and now she's learning to somehow adjust to it at some point or other things that triggered her to have health anxiety, she would continuously complain about any particular thing that happened to her that would completely freak her out and she would make up excuses that she didn't even know where she got the information from she would constantly tell her friend jasmine every single thing that was wrong with her because she knew that jasmine would take her seriously but jasmine was not falling for her scenario again and she knew it wasn't worth going into the hospital for many more times than she has been before because she faked it all along and jasmine was not impressed with her actions because she had to learn to how to handle her own problems and not depend on jasmine for everything that was wrong with her in her past lifetime.
~Yolanda the hypochondriac~
'I think I have a brain tumor this time I'm sure of it' said Yolanda panicking over the fact that she thought that her brain was on fire whenever she touched it.
'nope your brain is perfectly fine I'm sure it's just your own worst nightmare and you like to think it's on fire but it's not' said jasmine calmly while checking out Yolanda head for any tumors that would be the cause to her madness but jasmine reassures her that it's nothing to worry about it's perfectly normal to have health anxiety like this,
'okay you can take me to the hospital I need a cat~scan if there is a tumor growing in my brain' replied Yolanda still panicking over this one little problem with her brain.
'jasmine looks at Yolanda with dissatisfaction and says 'you don't need a cat~scan it's all in your head so drop it you don't need to go to the hospital anyway it's all good so forget about it'
Yolanda stands there for a minute before responding to jasmine.
'nope it's not in my head I'm not lying this time' Yolanda said while begging on her knees to take her to the hospital to get checked out for her brain.
'nope it's still normal for you' jasmine replied calmly while picking up Yolanda from the floor.
'hey I still have a few brain tumors that are bothering me so please call the doctor' Yolanda said frantically while trying to reach the telephone line to dial up the phone number to the doctors office.
jasmine insisted on stopping her from reaching the phone she eventually grabbed it out of Yolanda's hands while trying repeatedly resisting violence without fail she eventually got Yolanda to stop what she was trying to do at this point in time.
'Yolanda you don't need to do this anymore you clearly need help I can't help you with this situation right now because I've been on this crazy ass journey with you all of these years it's nothing but health anxiety for you and all you do is complain about your health you never seem to enjoy yourself because of your health anxiety has taken over you and it's definitely gotten worse because I can't handle being with you at this point in time so I'm sorry that I had no choice but to get you some therapy so let me call a therapist for you okay everything will be okay as soon you see a therapist okay I'm doing this for your own good' says jasmine as she took the phone away from Yolanda and started calling someone that was a licensed therapist and she got many recommendations for a great therapist in her area.
'yes this is jasmine I'm wanting Yolanda to see someone that is very good with health anxiety ohhh okay cool thanks for recommending someone to us' said jasmine as she finally got off the phone with the licensed therapist.
as soon as the therapy appointment arrived she got Yolanda in instantly to see her therapist and surprised by how well she responded it was true that she was able to talk about her anxiety disorder and it was a very positive experience for her as well as her ability to communicate with her therapist about how bad things got and then she started to connect the puzzle pieces together without fail she learned that she needed to have more therapy than ever before and so Yolanda started going more frequently to the therapist and it was very helpful for her in the long run and she was very happy that things in her life weren't stressful or anxious. to this day Yolanda still sees her therapist twice a week and she is still trying to figure out how to cope with anxiety at this point in time.
