The Cleric

Will his mind doesn't feel his own anymore, like a part of The Upside down had invaded his mind. The things he was saying and thinking, is was like it didn't came from his own mouth or mind anymore. That only a little part of himself was still there.

Will's right eye sees flashes of memories. But these aren't really memories, these are the sights of the creatures. Will experiences what the creatures experience and sees what he wants to see through their eyes. A connection. A Hive Mind.

Then he spots 4 people at the side of The Creel House coming out of the gate. Jonathan, Nancy, Steve, and Robin. 'Oh god, they really are here now. How pathetic.' Will says. 'Give them a great welcome guys. Move them from the gate.' He says and walks back down the hill.

Steve, do you have the flashlights? Robin questions. Nancy, Steve, Jonathan, and Robin are now in front of The Creel House. 'Yeah, right here.' Steve responds. Nancy says 'Okay, so, we have our flashlight, bottle's with benzine with 4 lighters, in case we run into Vecna again. I have my gun. Steve, I assume you have your baseball bat?' 'Yes right here.' Steve says while grabbing the bat out of his bag. 'Then we should be okay.' Says Nancy. 'Just stick with the group.' They walk towards the side of the house where the gate is. 'Are you guys ready?' Nancy says. 'Let's find Will.' says Jonathan. Robin is the first one to go trough the gate and the rest follows.

They are now standing on the side of the house in The Upside Down. Jonathan scans the ugliness and darkness of The Upside Down, a place he had never been. 'So...Will.. when he was gone he was here, here for.. for a week.' Jonathan says incredulously. Nancy nods her head. Then there came a screeching sound from above, she quickly puts her gun into the air, expecting that there will be thousands of Demo bats flying above the house like last time. But there was no bat to be seen. 'Nancy...?' Robin queries. 'Why aren't there any bats.' 'I..I don't know.' Nancy answers. 'Maybe Vecna simply relocated to a new house.' Says Steve. 'You serious right now Steve.' Nancy says irritated. 'I mean could be right?' Says Steve. 'Oh my god Steve...' Robin opined. 'Okay, sorry don't be mad.' Says Steve.

Another screeching sound came from above. They look up and see that thousands of bats are approaching them in the air at the front of the house. Demo Dogs are running in their direction from the ground. 'GO GO RUN!' 'SHIT, SHIT, SHIT!' Steve yells. 'OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!' Jonathan screams out. A bat grabs for Robin's foot and knocks her to the ground since the group isn't moving quickly enough. 'LET ME GO YOU PIECE OF SHIT!' She yells. Nancy removes the gun's safety and begins shooting at the bat that is holding Robin down.

BAM

BAM

A scream from the bat follows causing the monster fly away. At the same moment a Demo Dog approaches Steve. He pulls out his baseball bat and he slams the dog, causing the animal to fall dead to the ground. But after that, hundreds of bats began to fly in a circle around the group. 'WHAT SHOULD WE DO, WHAT SHOULD WE DO?' Steve yells. 'RUN!' Nancy says. The rest follow her as she batters through the bats while holding her backpack in front of her. 'GO GO GO!' Jonathan screams. They run and run, but this time the Demo Bats and Dogs doesn't follow them. 'Why aren't they following us.' Robin says out of breath while running. 'Just keep running, KEEP RUNNING!'

They carry on sprinting till they come to a neighbourhood of large homes. Jonathan says. 'OH MY GOD, that was..' 'Terrifying.. really, really terrifying.' Adds Robin. 'Throughout my entire life, I have never run that hard, Jesus.' Steve says out of breath. 'Is everyone all right?' Asks Nancy. "Sure, yeah, could've been better, only my leg hurts because I just finished a marathon and almost died while being taken down by a fricking bat." Robin says. 'Are.. are they gone now?' Jonathan asks. "I really hope so, since if they continue to stalk us, it will be much harder to find Will." says Nancy.
