As the kids and I split ways, waving goodbye to them I rolled my shoulders changing into an all-black dress, sleeves off the shoulder and a corset tightening making my breasts puff up, the skirt formed down to my ankles a slit running up to the top of my thigh as did black knee high boots manifested on my feet, my hair turned it's natural brown tone and black eyeshadow and lipgloss covered my features as I walked down the street people stared at me, im sure it's because of the gashes that were covered by a simple scab on my chest, or that my breasts were jumping out of the top of my dress.

" Lily?" Fat's voice asked behind me, I turned around and smiled.

" Hello Toyomitsu," I said with a smirk playing on my lips.

" Where are you going looking like that?" He asked, a blush forming on his cheeks.

" To the Commission," I said and his jaw dropped.

" The Commission?!" He asked, shocked.

" Yes," I said simply. " Care to take me there?" I asked and he nodded, scooping me up in his arms then began running down the street. Upon getting to the building I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair then adjusted my dress.

" Are you going to be okay?" He asked me and I nodded.

" I will be," I told him, pecking him on the cheek for the second time this evening. Shoving the doors open I saw a mousy girl behind the main desk." Where are they? I know they didn't go to the hospital. Which room?" I asked her, she jumped at my tone.

" W-Who are you?" She asked and I rolled my eyes.

" American Pro-Hero, Water Lily," I said and her eyes widened at me.

" Top floor... That's where they are at." She said looking up at me through her hair.

" Thank you, darling," I said going over to the elevator, inhaling once more I entered bracing myself for the pull that happens every time I get into one. It was a hellish ride up to the top floor, but once the doors opened I saw another desk. No one was behind it and two massive black doors were about five feet from the desk. Pulling my hair up into a tight bun I shoved open the heavy black doors.

" Ms. Himura, what do you mean she left the hospital? There were pros and police circling that entire hospital." A fat man yelled at the social worker.

" I-I don't know sir! She was in her room, one minute then I stepped away for a phone call and this woman is asking a boy where she had gone! I don't know!" The social worker pleaded, making my blood boil at the mention of me in such a crude way.

" I can answer that," I said announcing my presence. " Nixie Grace Waterman, American Pro-Hero Water Lily. I was called in by the school UA." I said introducing myself, stepping into the light and glaring at the social worker, the council known as the commission started talking amongst each other.

" Yes... We've heard your name being tossed around recently." The same fat man said from earlier.

" Great, I don't have to explain why I'm here then," I said making a chair form behind me.

" Oh, but you do Ms.Waterman. For you see you are not supposed to be here, we did not call you in, therefore you are outside of your jurisdiction." A woman said and I rolled my eyes smirking at them.

" You think I'm stupid?" I asked them. " In the guidebook, written in black and white it states and I quote ' In a time of need, any party from an outside country is called in by either the commission or the country's number one hero, said hero is to report for duty, no excuses.' I was simply doing what I was told. I was called in by Principal Nezu and the Number One Hero All Might to come in and help." I told them, watching my temper.
