Chapter 12

Greyson's POV

I'm in my office waiting for the Silver Moon Pack to arrive. They're said to be the strongest pack in the United States. As we have been experiencing rouge problems, I was glad to hear that they were coming out to help my pack.

Since Reese left, my wolf wouldn't talk to me and when I mated and marked Rebecca, he was pissed. Naomi is still the same, she doesn't care about her, and Anu (Reese's dad) just cries in his room, not coming out unless he needs to deal with pack business. It's been a while since Ashley, my second maid, ran away but I've got a new maid so I'm fine. A knock on the door interrupted my thoughts. I shouted, "What!"

"Alpha, the Silver Moon Pack is here," said my beta Sean.

Okay, go get Naomi, Anu, and Rebecca and tell them to meet me outside."

Sean answered, "Yes, Alpha."

As he left to get them, I walked outside and saw a lot of nice cars. I was then joined by Sean, Naomi, Anu, and Rebecca. As the Silver Moon Pack got out of their cars and approached us, their Alpha began to speak.

Alpha Akeba: Hello. I'm Alpha Akeba and this is Marcel, my second in command. There is my third in command Dean, along with his mate Reyna, and my fourth in command Jake, along with his mate Ashley.

Me: Nice meeting y'all. I'm Alpha Greyson. Beside me is my mate Rebecca, my second in command Sean, and my third in command Anu along with Naomi.

Alpha Akeba: Nice to meet you all. I'm expecting my pack warrior any minute now.

Suddenly we heard an engine and looked to see this guy on a motorcycle. He parked his bike beside the black and green Camaro and took off his helmet, revealing that the "guy" was actually a girl. Suddenly, my wolf stirred and he said, "That's Reese."

Me: Now you want to speak with me? And there's no way that's Reese. That girl is hot.

(Drake): Dumbass. I know my mate when I see her.

Me: No, you mean ex-mate since I rejected her.

(Drake): You did, I didn't.

Me: Whatever.

I cut our link and stared at her. She had burgundy curly hair, her eyes were different colors. One was brown and the other one was silver. She was wearing an outfit that showed off her curves and I must say she dresses well. As she stood by Alpha Akeba, he said, "Here is my pack warrior Reese Carlia. She is also my mate and Luna."

I looked at her in shock, "Reese, is that really you?"

As Reese rolled her eyes, she replied with a yes.

Me: Wow, you look hot.

Alpha Akeba: Back off man. She's mine.

Me: Whatever. She's weak, she can't fight, and she can't even shift.

Akeba was about to respond when Reese interrupted him, telling him not to worry and to calm down.

Akeba: Alright.

Reese's POV

Greyson's comment made me mad, and I know Akeba was mad as well. As a result, I interrupted him, telling him not to worry and to calm down, and he replied alright. "It doesn't even matter if she is your pack warrior," Greyson said to Akeba. "There is no way a girl can beat me. My strength and status as an Alpha make me too powerful."

Me: I bet you that Reyna can.

Greyson: She'll never beat me.

Reyna: Okay tough guy. Let's see for ourselves.
