Chapter Twelve: Mistake.

Sunny and Kel were walking around Faraway to spend some time together.
"Wait..."
Kel stopped which made Sunny bump into him.
"Hey Sunny?"
"Hm?"
"Can you go to the park, I forgot I needed to go do something real quick."
"Sure."
Once Sunny was in the park, Kel ran away. Sunny saw Kel running towards the direction of Basil's house and started to panic.
"Oh god.. this can't be a good thing..."
Sunny wanted to follow to see why Kel needed to go to Basil's house but he didn't want to even be near Basil and he thought that if he went, Kel wouldn't trust him anymore since Kel said to stay in the park, so that was a no go. Sunny sat there, still panicking and decided to just wait for Kel to get back.

With Kel...

Kel rapidly knocked on Basil's door until a short flower boy opened the door.
"Ah, Kel... what brings you here?"
Kel punches Basil immediately, not saying a thing.
"K-KELSEY... WHAT THE HELL?!"
"You hurt Sunny... Why wou-... HOW could you do that to him?!"
Basil stood there not knowing how to respond.
"You harmed Sunny, what did you do... What were you thinking?!"
Basil finally spoke up.
"It's simple, Kelsey.. he lied to me, so I thought punishment would be better!"
"... You're a monster... What did he even lie to you about..?"
"I told him to stay away, to only be with me! But you just had to get in the way..."
"What do you mean..?"
"YOU KEEP GETTING IN THE WAY, YOU'RE RUINING MY CHANCES WITH SUNNY DAMNIT..."
"Wait, you like Sunny?!"
"NO SHIT, ISN'T IT OBVIOUS!? BUT HE LIKES YOU, NOT ME..."

Kel stood there shocked staring at the hard, cold, wooden floor.
"Leave, Kelsey."
Kel slowly opened the door and left Basil's house.
"S-sunny likes me..?" Kel thought to himself while walking back to the park.
"Perhaps I should confront him about it..."
