(Tw: Some verbal abuse)
"Hero? Can you unlock the door? It's my bedroom too y'know, I'm tired of sleeping on the couch."
No response. Dead silence.
"Hero, let me in! You've locked yourself in there forever now."
The door creaks open with Hero standing in the doorway.
"Finally-! It's about time you stopped bei-"
. . .
Hero had slapped Kelsey across the face.
"Shut up... you don't know what it's like losing the person you loved the most.."
"Hero.. Mari was my friend too you know, Mari was friends with all of us.."
"You don't understand... YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS SO HOW WOULD YOU KNOW?!"
"I saw her, we all did, it's not just you that's upset about it.."
"YOU JUST ACT LIKE EVERYTHING IS PERFECTLY FINE, YOU DON'T CARE AT ALL!"
"Hero.. Mari is gone. I've learned to accept that.."
"JUST SHUT UP, YOU'RE JUST A STUPID KID THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND, YOU NEVER WILL UNDERSTAND!"
"Hero.."
"YOU'RE A NUISANCE KELSEY!"
". . ."
"Hero has never called me anything like that before, infact, everything he just said to me he's never said before, not once... it hurts, mentally..""Why does it hurt so much..? It's just words... and.. he's never slapped me before.."
"Am I really a nuisance..? Am I really stupid..? Do I really not understand..? What is wrong with me...?"
(Quick authors note: In this story Hero never got over anything, so he is still the same but he gets worse as time goes by, there will be a lot more of him later, trust me.)
