Okay, you've read the chapters before this, here's a copy of what was there.

-Hopes too high: As an INFJ, I've realized that when I keep my hopes low, I'm more satisfied with life. We'll discuss this in the NEXT NEXT NEXT chapter.

When I keep my hopes too high, I'm upset and not satisfied with how things are. I mean, there's a difference between self-esteem and hope.

Self-esteem is what you think of yourself, while hope is what you think of fate.

People who have really high self-esteem are called narcissists, if you didn't know that already. Narcissists think they have high power and authority, and that they rule the world, household, etc.

People with low self-esteem are not called anything. They often think of themselves as horrible, a failure, someone who has let everyone down.

People with "normal" self-esteem think of themselves as okayish, great in some aspects and terrible in some. This is a good amount of self-esteem, so try not to call yourself a failure and not to call yourself the best, you'll be perfect.

Okay now, onto the real subject. HOPE is what you think of fate, how fate's going to turn, what'll happen.

Once, before travelling, I was like, this vacation's gonna be amazing, but it turned out really bad.

Say, before the trip, I'd told myself, this vacation will be terrible, I'd be happy when I know it wasn't. That's how it works.

So, try keep your hopes low, not WAY TOO LOW, not WAY TOO HIGH, and you'll be pleased, more grateful in life on your road to success as an INFJ.

Thanks,

S. Sarvaya P.C. Misty (Sarvae PCMisty).
