(New chapter everyone.

Tws: mentions of medical equipment, Alex past (child ab/se. In most forms), sorta considerd sexual touch? Its thighs and not intention of more but its there, happy couples, non graphic nigthmares, heavily implied csa and r/pe)

Porter picks at his cuffs. "So, well, does anyone, ehm have an idea what we might do?"

"Porter, you organized this thing, you know that means you have to have some idea of a plan?" Mori's tone indicated their playfulness towards the older

"No? I am so sorry I didn't!"

"It's fine Porter, that was a joke. We should get joke cards"

Natsu has headphones on, something Alex is used to with her. She's not the best with noise

Alex doesn't really care. It's not his business.

Mori's hand rested on Sophie's thigh. Not moving higher but Alex always knew Sophie doesn't particularly enjoy touching, especially not from Amy and on her thighs. Mori seems to be so much of a trust person those rules don't apply. Sophie has an odd way of presenting. On one hand she's shown as an angelic Pop star who is neat and approachable. And there's her constant protector, Mori. They are taller than her however seem much more lanky and dressed seemingly inspired by Victorian clothes. They seem to be in university, likely studying art or something. Most vampires seem much scarier. Mori however does not. Even their longer teeth seem not as scary, more like a kids show depiction

"Sweetheart, can you please not touch me while I go to the toilet?" Sophie's voice was always sounding nice, like it came with singing. Mori smiles. "Oki! But be back soon."

And so the weird silence came. Alex eyes the unfamiliar people more closely. Porter has a syringe in his chest pocket, which seems used due to the red droplets Alex is considering might be non-human blood as it has the wrong shade for human blood. He doesn't strike Alex as someone who uses drugs at all. Or medical things. Tho that's disproven by the package of aspirin in the same pocket. He has a strong smell of medical equipment. Not like a doctor, but like a patient.

Mori has a small piercing at their nose. Nothing extraordinary. They have a small bag. They smell distinctly like paint. They have it on their hands, in their dark hair, and a few smudges in their faces. They are freshly turned, notable by the bite marks. Well not freshly. Alex would assume they were 15 when they are 19 now. They have a slight vampire smell. One of the species Alex can differentiate by smell and feel.

It's weird to Alex that Mori would choose the last resort for most people at such a young age. Maybe they were sick. That's the type of person to consider turning. Most other people consider other options first. Alex considered it briefly, if for much worse reasons then what he assumed Mori did.

But anyway. Another notable thing is Mori is full of fairy dust. They have nearly red eyes which shows it's not their dust because it usually matches appearance. Well as well as vampires not producing any. Fairies are the only beings who can produce fairy dust. It usually has no reason to exist beyond aesthetics. Sophie produces a ton of it around Mori. The barkeeper sighs when he sees her walk.

Sophie has a jacket on which bites with everything she wears and has ever worn since Alex knows her. It seems to be Mori's. There is a small blood bag in the pocket.

As soon as she returns safely to Mori, the dust gets more. Oh right, the old rule of fairy dust producing extra when the fairy is around someone they like. Or just when they are happy. Alex never made much and still doesn't. But Mori seems to do wonders on Sophie he remembers as insanely paranoid.

Natsu eventually decided to float when the dust started pooling on the floor. Bast hates the glittery stuff getting on her but sadly there's no means of avoidance. Soon everyone up to their calves was in glitter.
