Strange feelings

Chapter 10 part two

WARNING THIS CHAPTER CONTAINS VIOLENCE AND BLOOD!

Ruby's POV:

The three girls fell out of the gate.

Ruby looked around her and she recognized she was in the same field as in all those dreams.

Uhm guys, where is the gate? She heard Jane say.

Shit! The gate, its gone! Ruby thinks.

Everyone panics and they hear growling coming from the woods.

Okay, lets keep calm and try to find a way out of here. Lilly says eventually.

Maybe its in the woods? Ruby says.

That's how people die in horror movies, they go into the woods and get eaten or some shit. Jane says shakily.

Jane, you're not really helping! Lilly exclaims.

Sorry.

Lets just go to the woods and maybe we can find us a way out of here. Ruby grabs Jane and Lilly's hands and takes them with her.

When they get to the woods Ruby immediately feels something isn't quite right.

She hears something or someone moving in the bushes.

Then she sees something too.

And there it was, the big evil shadow, standing right in front of her.

Ruby shivers.

What do you want from me!? she shouts.

I want you, Ruby Stallson. You're the only thing I want.

Never! Lilly shouts while taking out a knife.

She runs towards the shadow and tries to stab it, but as expected she went straight trough it.

The shadow picks Lilly up and almost drops her, but Ruby uses her powers to catch her.

The shadow tries to get Ruby but she throws it in the air and it falls back on the ground again.

The shadow growls and goes for Jane.

Ruby tries to save Jane but whilst she's doing that she doesn't notice the big monster coming from behind her.

It jumps onto her and keeps her down so the shadow can take Lilly.

Everything goes black for a couple of seconds.

Ruby uses all the power she has in her to blow the shadow off of her and it works.

Then she notices that Jane is unconscious on the ground and that Lilly and the shadow are gone.

Ruby begins to call out Lilly's name but she doesn't get a respond.

The monster tries to get up again but Ruby notices in time and manages to put him down again.

She lets out so much anger and tries to kill the monster.

It lets out the most painful cry's for help, but Ruby doesn't stop.

It works, she hears its neck snap and the monster stops moving.

She walks closer to it and she notices some stab marks, as if someone had tried to stab it.

Who did this to you? Ruby whispers to herself.

Then she hears coughing coming from behind her.

She quickly turns around and sees that Jane is awake.

Omg you're awake! Ruby exclaims and she runs to Jane.

Jane smiles but then she suddenly pulls a sore face and Ruby notices a big wound on Jane's arm.

You're hurt. Ruby says while she's looking for something in her bag.

Hey, Ruby? Jane says.

Yes? Ruby starts wrapping some bandages around Jane's arm.

In case we uh... die here. Jane says

Ruby lets go of Jane's arm.

We won't. she says.

I know, but what if we do? I guess I just really wanted to say that I uh, that I- Jane stutters.

Thank god, I found you guys! Sofia comes Running towards the two girls.

Her head was bleeding and she had blood all over her hands and shirt.

Sofia!? What are you doing here? Didn't we asks you to guard the gate!? Ruby exclaims.

Look, I'm so sorry okay! It was an accident, I didn't want to go trough the gate I just got uh..

Wait? Where is Lilly?! Sofia asks confused.

She uh.. the shadow took her. Ruby explains and she feels a tear roll down her cheek.

We have to find her! Jane says and Sofia agrees.

We can't just let her suffer or worse, die! Sofia says.

Ruby looks at her friends.

Okay, let's do this. We're going to find Lilly!

And then the three girls start their search, not knowing what they'll find.

A/N: Hii! how is everybody? I'm having a little bit of an writers block so I have no idea when I will publish chapter 11. I'm also going away for a few days and I'm really busy with school and stuf :( I promise I will publish as much as I can!! Don't forget to eat and drink something. Byee!
