Twenty Seven

Jimin had a pretty good time that night with his pack, just hanging out and talking to the members about what he had missed the last few days.

Then when everyone had gone off to bed, Jimin joined Yoongi and Sian in a bed.

However, unlike everyone else, Jimin was still wide awake and had been tossing and turning to get comfortable enough to go to sleep.

There was one way he knew would get him to sleep but he didn't think he should do it.

So he just got up from the bed and picked up one of the throw blankets that were folded up on a shelf. He went outside the cabin to sit down on the seat out the front, with the blanket wrapped around himself to keep warm.

The alpha guards bowed their heads to him when they noticed him. Jimin smiled softly at them, his omega always feeling satisfied when they would do that.

"Couldn't sleep, luna?" one of them walked over to sit next to him. Of course Jimin recognised this alpha, he was the one that walked him to Jeongguk's bedroom the night before.

The omega shook his head as he brought his legs up onto the seat to wrap his arms around them comfortably.

"It's something i've had trouble with lately" Jimin answers, it wouldn't have helped that he was forcing himself to stay awake until he passed out for the last week.

"I thought some fresh air might help" the omega added, looking to the male briefly before looking out at their surroundings.

"What's your name?" Jimin questioned the alpha, not liking that he hasn't got a name for the male. "Hyunwoo, luna" he answered with a smile.

Jimin nodded his head. He stayed quiet after that, trying to clear his mind. The alpha's presence did help, Jimin did find comfort in him being around.

"Luna, i'm sorry to ask but are you okay?" he questions, obviously worried about him, especially after seeing how he was the night before.

"Yeah, I'm okay. I've had a rough week, but i'm alright now" Jimin answered honestly, reaching a hand out to grab the alpha's in comfort, wanting him to feel better as well.

"You worried me last night, you didn't look good" the male voices out, still thinking about how he looked. "I know, I probably still don't look the best but i don't feel as bad as last night" Jimin tries to reassure him.

"The pack was happy to see you at dinner tonight, the link was buzzing the whole time" Hyunwoo smiles at remembering how loud their pack link was.

Jimin giggles, "I'm glad that the pack was happy" he responded just as happily. He wanted nothing more than for both packs to be happy.

"I didn't want to mention it, but while you were gone the pack members had said that they could feel grief from you" Jimin slowly nodded his head, that means that he's already connecting with the alpha pack.

It is happening a lot quicker than it did with the yu pack, which was unexpected for Jimin.

"Ahh, i guess we're starting to connect then" Jimin's hand tightens around the alpha's. The male smiled again.

"I think you'll be a good luna to our pack" he encourages, making Jimin feel a bit better. "Thank you, I promise i'll try" he answered, his scent sweetening slightly.

"I think you should try to sleep soon luna, it's getting a bit late now. The moon is almost at it's peak" the guard pointed to the moon that was shining brightly in the sky.

Jimin had been trying to stop himself, but at this point he feels that if he tried to go back to bed next to Yoongi he'll just lie awake all night, so he feels like he'll have too.

"I think i might go back to the alpha" Jimin stood from the seat, his hand releasing the other's. The alpha also stood up but much quicker than Jimin did.

"I'll walk you" he said, gesturing towards the house. Jimin shook his head, "I can go myself, please stay here and watch over my pack for me" the omega replied, a soft hand coming up to place it on his arm in a reassuring manner.

"Are you sure? I don't mind walking you there and coming back afterwards" The alpha shifts on the spot as he feels slightly uncomfortable with the luna going on his own.

"I'm sure. I know i'm only an omega but I do know how to fight, I can defend myself if anything was to happen between here and there" Jimin pointed to the pack house that they could see from the spot they were in.

"Okay... i'll watch you walk up then, if you won't let me come with you" Hyunwoo decided. Jimin nodded his head again.

"I'll see you later, Hyunwoo" Jimin said his farewell and started his slow walk up to the pack house.

Entering into the house, there were a few alpha's walking around, all of them turned to look at him. Most of the wolves then bowed as he passed by them to get to the top floor of the house.

Without knocking on the door, Jimin quietly opened the alpha's door and stepped into the dark room.

Jeongguk's scent was heavy in the room as it just attacked his senses. He made his way to the bed, already feeling the tiredness take over him.

He lifted the blanket and got into the side that was empty, but he could feel the alpha next to him move instantly closer to him.

Jimin hummed happily when Jeongguk's arm had wrapped around his waist and brought him in closer to his body.

"You smell so good tonight" Jeongguk mumbled sleepily, putting his face into Jimin's neck to get closer to his scent gland.

"I think we should discuss my packs living arrangements" Jimin replied back, turning his body so that he was facing the bigger male.

"In the morning" Jeongguk answered, "I don't want to think about anything other than you when you're in my arms" Jimin's scent sweetened even more than it already was.

"Let's sleep now" Jeongguk put his face back into Jimin's neck. Once he was as close to the omega's scent gland as he could get, then he let out a sigh of content.

Jimin smiled and finally closed his eyes as he could already feel himself going into a peaceful sleep.
