Thirty Seven

Time Skip: Two weeks

As Jeongguk had promised Jimin, he had organised for Jimin and Yoongi to go back to the Yu Alpha's pack house, which had originally belonged to Jimin's parents. However since Jeongguk has his own territory, Jimin still has to stay here, even if the house is now his.

The trip was long, but Jimin actually enjoyed being able to see his surrounding as they travelled this time.

It was once again, Jimin and Jeongguk in the front seats with Hoseok, Yoongi and Namjoon in the back seat. Which it won't be hard to guess who was the one sat in the middle. Jeongguk and Jimin could both pick up on the tension between Hoseok and Namjoon, Jimin was wondering if his friend could tell still, even if it can't pick it up through his wolf.

As they came back into Jimin's territory, the first thing he notices is the town markets. "Oh they still do the markets" Jimin says excitedly.

Since his late alpha had taken over his pack house, he hadn't been able to go into town to visit the markets.

"We will stop in on the way back" Jeongguk says, drawing Yoongi's attention too. "Really?" the male asked from the back, looking to Jimin as the luna looks back at him.

Jeongguk quickly gazes over to Jimin in the passenger seat. "We haven't been in ages" Yoongi mumbled, Jimin nodding in agreement.

The luna's eyes glass over after realising how his late mate has not only mistreated him but also his pack members.

Jeongguk frowns, he quickly pulled the car over onto the side before quickly doing a u-turn in the car.

He drove a couple of minutes back down the road, only to pull up out the front of the town markets. "You said we'll stop on the way back" Jimin says as he looks to the alpha next to him, his eyes widened because he was surprised by the male.

"I've changed my mind" Jeongguk shrugs, taking his seatbelt off and looking back to the three that were in the seats behind him. "Come on, it'll be fun" the alpha tries to encourage them, but Jimin still just stares at him in disbelief.

"But-" Jimin tries to speak up but Jeongguk's smile falters a little. "Jimin, just get out of the car. You're not with the Yu alpha anymore, I'm not going to stop you from doing things like this" Jeongguk reaches for the omega's hand, holding it tightly to reassure him.

Yoongi watched the interaction quietly from the middle seat, looking mainly at the look on Jimin's face. He could tell that his best friend was already falling for this new alpha. He is starting to think that maybe the soulmate thing could be true between them.

If Jimin wasn't going to question it, then he sure as hell will. It had taken Jimin a lot longer for him to warm up to the Yu alpha and he was his true mate. However, Yoongi could see that Jeongguk cares a lot more than the late alpha.

"Come on" Yoongi turns everyone's attention onto himself, tapping on Namjoon's arm to get him to get out first. "I need to stretch my legs" Yoongi adds on as Namjoon moves to open the door and climbs out. He holds a hand out for Yoongi to take.

Of course Hoseok had seen this action and a frown came over his face. He doesn't say anything as he got out of the car though. "This is going to be hard to deal with those three today" Jimin comments as he finally took his seatbelt off, Jeongguk chuckled and nodded his head in agreement.

All five males got out of the car and look towards the markets that were set up in front of them. Yoongi moved over to Jimin's side and looped their arms together. "They won't hate you" Yoongi whispers to encourage Jimin, because it was something he knew his friend would be worried about.

Even without his wolf, that was something he could pick up with his luna.

"I haven't visited in at least 3 years, I don't know what Kyungsoo had told them about my absence" Jimin worried, pulling his bottom lip in between his teeth.

"It'll be fine mimi, we'll be here with you" Yoongi tries to take a step forward with Jimin, helping him as they all slowly walk towards the markets.

Jeongguk stepped up beside them, reaching down to hold Jimin's spare hand.

Jimin took in a deep breath as he allowed for Jeongguk and Yoongi to pull him closer to the first stall.

Upon stopping in front of the first stall of goods, Jimin recognises the older man, he was good friends with his father.

"Hello, what can i get for you today?" the male said as he looked between the five males. Jimin smiled softly, while Yoongi was looking between all of the different jams and spreads on the table in front of them.

When Yoongi looked up at the man again, he gasped softly. "Mr Kang, it's you"  Yoongi says excitedly, looking at Jimin quickly.

The older man looked between Yoongi and Jimin before a look of realisation had come across his face. "Luna, you're here" the man said with shock, he walked around the table to give him a tight hug.

They all stood there shocked, except for Yoongi, at the fact that the man seemed so surprised to see Jimin again.

"You look in good health, luna. Are you still sick?" he questioned as he pulled away from the hug only enough to look the omega in the eyes. Jimin frowned slightly.

"Sick?" he questions, wondering where they had gotten that assumtion from. Now it was Mr Kang who had showed a frown.

"Yes Luna, Late alpha Yu had informed everyone that you were unwell, which is why you couldn't come to the markets anymore" he had explained what he had heard multiple times from the late pack alpha.

Jimin's eyes flashed blue before a smile appeared across his face. "Ahh yes, I am feeling better now. Thank you for being concerned" Jimin bowed his head slightly towards the male.

Jeongguk just stared at his luna, he himself was wondering why he hadn't corrected him, especially since Jimin had become beyond pissed at hearing that from the older male.

"Luna, are you unwell?" Hoseok questions through the link, Jimin smiles over at him and slightly shakes his head in response.

"What are you selling today, Mr Kang?" Yoongi questions this time, drawing the older males attention back onto him since he can tell his best friends mood as well.

Jimin let out a small sigh when Mr Kang took Yoongi's bait and turned back to the table to go through what he had displayed for sale.

"If he was still alive, I might have put him into a grave myself" Jimin whispered to Jeongguk, a smile still on his face as a very dull blue changes into his eyes. Hoseok and Namjoon look at the luna before taking a step away.

"He's scary sometimes" Namjoon whispered to Hoseok next to him. The other male just nodded his head in agreement.
