Forty Two

Monday

When Jimin's eyes open he is met with darkness, his body hurting and his head was pounding. His stomach growled loudly at him as he brought a hand down to rub at it, wondering why he was so hungry.

He could smell Jeongguk's scent heavily in the room, worry mixed in with it. He rolled over to place a gentle kiss onto the alpha's forehead, the scent turning sweeter almost instantly, leaving Jimin to giggle at him.

He carefully got up from the bed and waited until his eyes were adjusted to the darkness before he moved anywhere.

When he was able to see a bit better he could see that they had been back at their pack house in Jeongguk's bedroom. Jimin frowned in confusion, wondering when they had gotten back to the house and how he hadn't been woken up to it.

He chooses to ignore that for now as he makes his way to the bedroom door and gently closes it behind him.

He realises that it must be quite early in the morning since the house was silent and there didnt seem to be anyone out and about as he made his way to the kitchen.

He enters into the room and spots just one of the wolves remaining, he senses Jimin and turns to bow his head, surprised to see him up and about.

"Luna, you're awake" He says softly as he comes around to lead Jimin over to the small table that was in the room.

"Everyone was starting to become worried, especially alpha Jeon" he adds on as he moves back over to the stove and turns it on to heat it up. The alpha had given the kitchen staff orders to have a plate of food ready for when the luna was to wake.

"I had such a good nap" Jimin giggles, finding the alpha cute for worrying about him so much. "I better hope it was, you were sleeping for 2 days" Jeongguk grumbles as he enters the kitchen, barely awake.

Jimin's face drops at hearing those words, he looks to the kitchen staff to see he was nodding his head in agreement.

"Why didnt anyone wake me?" Jimin was clearly shocked at what he just heard, Jeongguk stared over at the luna before he looked over to the chef.

"Leave us, i'll fix up the food for the luna" Jeongguk says softly, gesturing the male dismissively. The chef nodded his head before bowing to the luna again just as he leaves the kitchen.

"We tried to wake you but you must have been exhausted from whatever it was you did back at your pack house" Jimin listens as he watches Jeongguk go to get the plate of food that they put there for the luna.

"I've never done that before, I don't even know how i knew to do it" Jimin says honestly, thinking back to the memories that he had seen.

"What happened with him?" Jimin questions this time, asking because he wanted to know if he had been removed. Jeongguk shrugged his shoulders.

"Not sure, dont care. I told them to throw him out in the sticks for the wildlife" Jeongguk answers coldly, he hated the alpha after everything he has done to Jimin and his pack.

Jeongguk had spent the last couple of days caring for Jimin and going through all of their documents, it seemed like there was a lot he is going to have to clean up. The omega packs finances are on almost all of the documents while the alpha's finances are on personal ones. He was bleeding Jimin's pack dry.
