The Feudal Era

It was dark but your vision soon adjusted as light shined above you. Groaning, you slowly get up and look to your surroundings.

"Great. I'm at the bottom of the well," you sighed as you looked above, "but how did I get here? I remembered the earrings glowed and transported me here."

You look around how to get out as there was a long vine hanging from the bottom all the way to the top of the well.

Guess this will have to do.

With no other options, you began to climb your way out of the well. You got to the top and gently landed onto soft ground. Looking up, the scenery looks beautiful and breathtaking as a few butterflies flew by. The gentle breeze passed by as you smelled the forest scent.

Sighing with satisfaction, you wondered where you were now until you realized you weren't in Tokyo anymore.

"Oh my Ra...I'm in the Feudal Era." You muttered.

Wondering where to go, you figured to find a village to stay in. Before you could, someone called out to you.

"Y/n! There you are!"

Turning around, you saw Kagome carrying her usual yellow backpack with Inuyasha behind her. She runs to you with a tight hug.

"Don't scare me like that!"

You smiled and hugged back. "I'm still living, aren't I?"

Kagome lets go of you and slaps your arm hard, making you yelp.

"Ow! Geez, what was that for?!"

"That's for scaring me, Y/n."

You grumbled as Inuyasha spoke. "We better get back to the village," he looks at you, "and Kaede will have to figure out what you are."

The three of you head to the village. As you arrived, some of the villagers eyed onto your figure. Ignoring their stares, you, Inuyasha, and Kagome entered the hut where the elder priestess resides in.

"Kaede, we're back." Your friend greeted, "And I brought a friend of mine from my time."

Kaede turns around to see you with Kagome and Inuyasha. "Hmm...has ye went through the well with the shards of the Shikon Jewel?"

"Uh...not exactly." You answered.

You explained on how you came to the era with the earrings power as Kaede stayed silent before speaking.

"I see...the earrings are from a different land, correct?"

"Yes, they are." You replied, "My friend from the modern world said that it can let me see and sense spiritual beings, but their purpose is unknown."

"Hmm...perhaps the earrings ye wears might have the answers in this world, but not in yours." Kaede said.

You nodded. "I guess I'll have to some practice with its power, or should I say magic?"
