A blonde Faunus traveling alone helps out the Kingdoms in his own way, meets Teams RWBY and JNPR and assists them to stop a new evil threatening Remnant.
Classes ran smoothly more or less as Naruto took his duties as supreme leader seriously and made sure to look after his teammates and give them help whenever he can.
Naruto explained to Ruby that she would take over as leader should something were to happen to him. The young woman was skeptical of this role so Naruto explained in great detail what Ozpin had told him when he got the role but left out the badge and burden part as he was afraid that Ruby would take it too far and burn herself out trying to prove herself. Ruby finally agreed.
Weiss was nicer than she would have been if Jacques were her father, offering respect and assistance to her teammates as she was instilled a rule by her actual father Jon that a 'person's status does not make them but rather their character' and wasn't prejudiced against Faunus.
Blake would no longer wear a bow to disguise her cat heritage and even go all 'Faunus and proud' though she would never say it out loud. She would revere Naruto though not as far as to kiss the ground he walks knowing that he won't like it.
Yang was the only person who still has a fairly neutral opinion of Naruto. Though she was just as grateful as her sister for saving Summer, she didn't see him as a hero as her sister did who looks up to him as a role model. Still she preferred that he is the leader of this team as he has the firmness and the softness needed for the position.
Team NRWBY was just relaxing on their dorm when Professor Goodwitch entered their dorm.
Glynda: Sir Uzumaki, Professor Ozpin wants to see you in his office.
Naruto: Did I do something wrong?
Glynda: No but he has found a package addressed to you. He'll explain more when you come to his office.
Yang: You think one of us should come with you?
Naruto: Only Ruby. Rest of you are taking the day off after that post finals.
Yang: See you.
The three arrived in Ozpin's office.
Ozpin: (taps at a briefcase) Sir Uzumaki! I've just received a package to on 'Naruto Uzumaki'. The man who delivered it refused to give me the sender's name saying that you would know.
Naruto: (opens briefcase) Hmm... a letter... (proceeds to read aloud)
Dear Naruto Uzumaki,
I am terribly sorry for what happened to your mother. I can remember the day when she screamed at me for wanting to make you my heir to the Yotsuba clan due to your eyes. You are a special case and you would have been a powerful weapon to use against the Ten Master Clans. Alongside my brother you would have been unstoppable.
But your brother sided with your mother and we had a nasty falling out which was an understatement in within of itself. My brother held him off while your mother ran with you in her arms.
He chewed me out saying that I am becoming like my aunt would've wanted, what the likes of elitists like Jacques would've wanted. He left and went into the arms of Mayumi Saegusa for comfort, they married two years after you and your mother left.
I wanted to take his child as my heir when I heard he had a son. We fought and I killed Mayumi. I stood by waiting to be judged by him as I know that it is within his right to kill me.
Yet he didn't.
He knew that killing me is not what Mayumi would've wanted and the future of the Yotsuba would be in jeopardy so he spared me. He revived Mayumi soon after I left in shame.
On the day your mother died was the day Mayumi, Tatsuya and I reconciled and buried the hatchet between the both of us. They both left their children under the care of their family before doing their duties, they still love each other to this day.
I for one have finally realized my error and my selfishness has cost me you and my brother. I am working to abolish the militant way of using bloodlines as weapons, a slow process but it's as steady as a glacier like my brother would've wanted.
No more will there be laboratories designed for experimenting on eye jutsu and cells of a certain Hashirama Senju for they have been dismantled on my order. We left for Mistral where I participated in one of its championships. The kind Pyrrha usually does before arriving here and won as champion. It gave us enough money to hold us for a bit. Unfortunately, my mother was being kidnapped and had to literally whore herself to men just to put food on the table by that bastard Roman Torchwick. I was the reason why she was able to hold out against all the sexual abuse heaped on her. I could've used my powers to free her but she told me not to. Because she was afraid that powerful people with ill intentions would seek me out. She passed away when I was finally nineteen and I can't afford a proper burial since I burned out the money paying the ownership to a certain...mansion that I've 'acquired' earlier.

Naruto: (gives Ozpin the letter) To refresh your memory about me.
He and Ruby left the office.
Naruto: You go to your team, Ruby. I'll go change to this new outfit Miyuki gifted me.
Naruto had asked Goodwitch where he can change and she escorted him to the dressing room where all the uniforms are kept.
A few minutes, Naruto is seen wearing this outfit.

Glynda: I must say, that outfit screams royalty.
Naruto: Which I'm not but I find it comfortable anyway.
Naruto headed back to his team's dorm while Goodwitch walked back to Ozpin's office.
Ozpin: You look dazed.
Glynda: Am I? Apologies sir, that outfit Sir Uzumaki wore was more royalty that even Miss Schnee's.
