A blonde Faunus traveling alone helps out the Kingdoms in his own way, meets Teams RWBY and JNPR and assists them to stop a new evil threatening Remnant.
Naruto and Team JNPR had arrived in Ozpin's office along with Team RHWBY.
Ozpin: I proposed a week long field trip to a forest with the teams present. A Bullhead will be stationed to take you there and will be waiting to pick you up from there. Any questions?
Hinata: Anyone chaperoning us?
Ozpin: Sadly, none. You will be on your own. I ask that you clear any Grimm present during your field trip as there is a settlement five kilometers to where your Bullhead drops you.
Naruto: Only one settlement?
Ozpin: Just this one. The details they sent me were very sparse. I might have to give them a verbal chastising if anything happens to you on your watch. If there are no more questions, a Bullhead is waiting for you outside.
The teams leave the office.
Teams JNNPR and RHWBY arrived in a Bullhead and flew off of Vale.
They camped somewhere at a clearing and they saw...
Nora: A shooting star! Can I smash it?
Ren: No, Nora. Too far for you.
Pyrrha: I read that one sees a shooting star gets good luck.
Jaune: Hey Naruto, I saw Ruby rummage your weapons.
Naruto walked to where Ruby is searching his backpack.
Naruto: Ruby? (Ruby 'eeps!') What are you doing with my stuff?
Ruby: I'd like to see your weapons. Ah, your laser rifle here! (holds Naruto's LAER) It looks kind off...advanced but it has pretty weak durability.
Naruto: Spend my off days tinkering with it and I had to cobble it with what materials I had in hand.
Ruby: If you want, I can convert it with an axe or scythe.
Naruto: That would be nice. Thanks.
Ruby beams at him but Weiss, Blake and Yang are glaring at her.
Naruto: (Jealous much?)
They arrived at the settlement only to find it burnt to ashes.
