Chapter Nine: SkullGreymon Reappears!

Everyone -except for Yolei- was in the computer room, as they told Izzy about the Digimon Kaiser's identity.

"You mean the Digimon Kaiser is...?" Izzy said.

"That's right!" Davis said, he stood up from his seat. "It's that genius kid Ken Ichijouji!"

"He did seem sort of creepy." DemiVeemon said.

"Why would someone so talented and capable do all that?" Cody asked.

Izzy held his chin, thinking.

"Why would he want to control the Digimon?" Tomoya asked.

"I can't believe it..." Kari said, looking over to TK and Natsu.

"Yeah, it's hard to believe..." Natsu said, with a nod.

"Oh right, last time I turned on the TV at home, Ken Ichijouji was on it again." TK said, looking at both Natsu and Kari.

"So the Digimon Kaiser was this close..." Izzy said. "Let's look into it."

"Eh? Into what?" TK asked, him, Natsu and Kari looks over to Izzy.

"Let's make direct contact with Ken Ichijouji." Izzy said.

"Fine, whatever, but I'm hungry, dagyaa!" Upamon said, bouncing a bit.

"Ah, right..." Izzy said, looking at Upamon. "Yolei sure is late..."

Yolei open the computer room's door. "Hey, hey, hey! Sorry to keep you guys waiting!" She said, holding up the plastic bag.

Everyone's Digi-Partners-except for Poromon-went towards the plastic bag.

"Chocolate!" DemiVeemon said.

"Strawberry mochi!" Dorimon said.

"Cheese fish cakes!" Tailmon said.

"Jelly drinks!" Upamon said.

"Ice cream!" Patamon said.

"Macaroons!" Kudamon said.

"I want Cody mother's sushi rolls!" Poromon said, at the back.

"So, you don't want anything?" Yolei questioned.

"I do, I do!" Poromon said, flying over to it.

Everyone's Digi-Partners are now eating their snacks.

"he sure is picky about his Japanese food..." Yolei said, looking at Poromon. She went into the plastic bag. "Ah, right... there's something here about Ken Ichijouji." She said, holding the magazine.

"What?" Davis said and he grabs it.

"You don't have to be so rough..." Yolei said.

Davis flips through the magazine, and got to the page. "There he is, there he is!" He said.

"Just looking at this... you could never tell that he does all those horrible things." Cody said.

"Yeah, you can hardly tell." Tomoya said.

"His smile looks so gentle..." Kari said.

"It was all just a façade..." Natsu said.

"Well, I guess appearance are deceiving..." TK said.

"Let me see that, please." Izzy said, and grabs the Magazine from Davis. "Ah, this boy? I've seen him a few times before."

"I wonder if he really is a Chosen Child?" Yolei said.
