Chapter Twenty-Two: Rebuilding the Digital World

Today all of the DigiDestined were at school, attending their classes.

Cody in History.
Yolei in Chemistry.

Davis, Tomoya, Tomoda, TK, Natsu and Kari were at the basketball court.

The basketball court was split into two, one side for the boys who're playing basketball, the other for the girls who're practicing dancing.

Tomoya and Natsu stood at the side, as they watched everyone. The two and some other class members from other classes were there with their Theatre Teacher. The Theatre Teacher said that since they have a musical play coming up, they'll have to keep practicing on their acting and singing.

Tomoda was there, since he is going to transfer to the school. He is allowed to come to the school to look around, until he is officially transferred.

ᏖᎧᎶᏋᏖᏂᏋᏒ

DemiVeemon, Dorimon, Hopmon, Patamon, Kudamon and Tailmon were on the ceiling platform, looking at the students dancing.

"I want to dance too..." Tailmon said.
"Me too..." Kudamon said.
"Then let's dance!" Patamon said.
"Let's do it!" Dorimon said.
"Alright!" Hopmon said.

Tailmon and Kudamon agreed, the three of them starts dancing.

"You three go ahead and have fun. Hmph!" DemiVeemon told the three, he crosses his arms.

Soon the basketball match was starting.

"The boys' basketball game is about to start!" DemiVeemon said.

The girls, Tomoya and Natsu watches the boys having their basketball match.

TK was the first to get the basketball.

"TK, go get 'em!" Patamon cheered.

Davis was trying to block TK, but was late, as TK made the shot.

"Shoot!" Patamon shouted, and TK scored the point. "You did it!" He cheered.
"Amazing!" Kudamon cheered.
"Nice shot!" Tailmon cheered.

"Davis can do that too!" DemiVeemon said, crossing his arms and looking away.
"DemiVeemon..." Dorimon said, looking at his friend.
Hopmon was bouncing, trying to get a better view.

"TK!" Kari cheered.
"Awesome, TK!" Natsu cheered.
"Alright, TK!" Tomoya cheered.
"That was great!" Tomoda cheered.

"Alright! We did it!" TK said, he high-fived another student, and did a thumbs-up.

"That TK... he thinks he's so cool." Davis said. "Okay!" He said, determined.

The next match begins, and Davis got the basketball.

"Davis, shoot!" DemiVeemon cheered.

Davis accidentally tripped, and fell onto the floor.

Dorimon, Hopmon, Patamon, Kudamon and Tailmon were laughing.

"Don't laugh!" DemiVeemon yelled, and the Digimons looked towards him.

Davis slowly got back up.

"How about we try it again from the beginning?" Kari asked, bringer the others back to dancing.

TK went towards Davis.

"Davis, are you okay?" TK asked, holding his hand out.

"Of course I'm not okay." Davis said, standing back up.
