Chapter 22

In Sam's office, 4 men are in silence as they sip their cups of teas, waiting for someone to break the awkwardness...

"So, tell me Sam..." Mr. Started.

"This young lad, where did you pick him?" Sam wanted to roll his eyes, but he knows he can't win against this beautiful man, who's always on his neck, since the start...

Although Mr. J is older than him, both have lived together before as new members of the Family. And Sam knows what this man is capable of... It's something no one wanted to know.

But this Mr. V, it's the first for him to meet, he might be someone from the hidden members of the gang. And Sam is getting chills while looking at the tall man.

"Mr. J, this is Lix, and he's my lover!" Sam announced which made Lix all red, and Mr. J grinning so much and suddenly got up cheerfully jumps up and down.

"Yes! Our Sam is all grown up!"

"Hyung~" Sam whined a bit, as he blushed.

"Baby, calm down." Mr. V said, patting his own lap, where the overexcited Mr. J went and claimed his place.

"Oh I need to tell the others about this, specially Agust who misses you the most."

Agust, was one of the Main Family who took care of Sam, He's a Tsundere, acting cold even though he really cares. "How's hyung?"

"Oh well, not that good but he's doing greater than before..." The atmosphere suddenly went down as soon as they started the conversation about Agust.

Lix who's watching them interact, got a feeling that this Agust they've been talking about is someone very special. "Hyung is still having nightmares every night, Jin-hyung is taking care of him every morning and Min-hyung (Jimin) at night. RM hyung also visits often..."

Lix is quite confuse but was also worried as he saw such sad expression on Sam's face. "I'll go and visit him, ones this chaos is over."

Mr. J smiled and said "That would be great, and bring your lover. He'll be happy to know that you're doing good."

Sam, reached out for Lix's hand and held it tight. "Yeah, once everything is fine, I'll let you meet the one who became my father figure. Do you want to?"

Lix was stunned for a while, before giving the sweetest smile, that made Sam and the other two mesmerized.

"Sure!" Lix said cheerfully

A sudden knock on the door interrupted them. "Yes, come in." Lix said and Sky came in.

"I am sorry to interrupt but one of our men reported, there's trouble at the town."

Sam stood up and went to the man...

"Continue..."

"Everyone has evacuated already, other than our men who's trying to ward them off. But they seem to have a back-up... foreigners to be exact."

This time Mr. J stood and said "Well then, let's take this chance to infiltrate their base..."

"But, Mr. J, going there without a plan is crazy!" Lix said, but unexpectedly Mr. J smiled, like someone who just got out of a mental facility.

"Then let them meet crazy!"

Mr. V went behind him and placed a hand on his lovers eyes. "Baby..." He said and slowly Mr. J went from a lunatic, back to his calm self.

"I also think, it's our cue to proceed on. With or without plan, we still don't know what will happen....

Let the other unit help in the front, Stray will be going with us. Infiltrate Mamba's Hideout!"

As the other units went to help in town, for the enemies are continuously growing in numbers, Stray along with Mr. J and V are getting ready.

"This is a crazy plan!" Peter and Bob said at the same time.

"It is crazy, but we don't have a choice and it's a good time to snuck in." Rhino

"Yeah crazy enough, that we don't even know if we're going back alive..." Chris said and Bob suddenly got tears on his eyes, which startled everyone.

"Ahhh that's not true! Don't cry! You idiot, why did you say that!"

As the others are still trying to calm Bob, unknown by the others, Sky has pulled Peter away with him...

"Hey, take care of the place. Take this..."

Sky gave him a new phone...

"What? Why?"

"I heard from the others that you broke yours, so if something happens when we're out...contact me. My number is in there already."

Peter don't know how to react nor does he know what words to say. He just nodded and smiled a bit.

Bob is still sobbing and it was almost time for them to move. Mr. J sighed and went up to the poor boy.

"Hey Bob, there's no need to cry. You've seen them getting in such situation before right?"

Bob nodded while wiping his tears. "They all came back right?"

Bob nodded ones more. "Then they'll be back again. And I had a taste of the food you made and it was delicious, even V was amazed, right?"

Mr. V nodded before looking away, and Mr. J snickered at how Tsundere his lover is.

"So how about you cook for us to come back, yeah?"

Bob stopped sniffing and smiled brightly. "Okay, please do look forward!"

"Oh I will!" Mr. J said and pat the boy's head.

"Well then shall we go now?" Sam asked and all we're ready as ever. There's a hint of fear, rage and uncertainty in their faces, but they can't bare to see a sad face from the ones waiting for them.

"Bob, we'll be back. Okay?" Lix said as the others went in their rides. Bob smiled and went for a hug.

"Lix, let's go?" Sam said and smiling at how close both his lover and a close friend of his.

"Take care!"

As the cars went away, Bob and Peter was left with worry in their hearts, but trust in their minds.

"They'll be back, don't worry!" Peter said, as he thought of the man he was ought to forget, but NO, his heart is still beating for him.
