A/N: A lot happens in this chapter, a bit of information overload. I tried to do it as delicately as possible while still articulating just how important it is. Feedback is welcome and I hope you enjoy it! Grab some tissue, you may need it if you have a soft heart <3

His heartbeat pulsed radically against my ear as he held me tightly to him like a baby monkey.

Not even five minutes ago, the entrance to my fort was flipped open, and was greeted by a surly Wolfie. His jaw ticked before he smirked, reached in, and grabbed my ankle. I squealed as he dragged me across the fluffy blankets and onto the soft carpeting outside my fort.

Wolfie looked down at me with an amused smirk. "Hi, puppy."

Shyly, I waved a finger up at him and he smiled as he bent down and pulled me into his arms.

"Come," he said, nodding at a curious Sky who had climbed out after me.

He looked unsure but I smiled and reached my hand out for Sky and he quickly latched on.

I watched Sky over my Wolfie's shoulder as he carried me through the mansion. Every time we passed by someone, he turn a little green and looked ready to bolt. So like a the good friend I am, I'd give his hand a squeeze and smile reassuring at him. It seemed to do the trick, as he'd squeeze back twice.
