I woke up and I was wearing a hospital gown but I was on the ground. I immediately got up and I was in the middle of the hospital but I wasn't in a room. I saw a nurse and tried asking her what was going on.

Lucas - "Excuse me, what's going - "

She walked passed me like she didn't see me.

Lucas - "What the hell? I'm right here?"

I saw a receptionist and walked towards her.

Lucas - "Excuse me, what's going on?"

She didn't look at me. I was getting tired of this. I tried grabbing her arm but my hand went through.

Lucas - "Holy shit! Am I - "

Billy - "No you're not, Sinclair. But you will be if you don't wake up soon."

Lucas - "Billy?"

Billy - "In the flesh. Well I guess not. I'm dead and you're in a coma."

Lucas - "Woah. I don't understand."

Billy - "I know you understand, Sinclair but your clock to death is still ticking. I'll explain on the way. Follow me."

Lucas - "Okay, I know that you're dead but I'm not but I'm in a coma but how did I get in a coma?"

Billy - "Okay, when a person slips into a coma they're also getting close to their death."

Lucas - "So I'm dying too?!"

Billy - "No you're not - (Sigh) probably shouldn't have said that."

Lucas - "Okay, sorry. How did I get into a coma."

Billy - "You saved a little girl crossing a street and you got hit by a car."

Lucas - "Damn."

Billy - "Yeah."

Lucas - "Okay. Just curious. Why are you telling me all this? It already happened to me."

Billy - "Because I don't want you to leave her like I did."

Billy lead me into one room and I was shocked again. I saw myself on a hospital bed in a coma and Max hugging me and crying.

Billy - "Look, Sinclair I wasn't good stepbrother to her, I was a complete asshole but in the end I died protecting her but I don't want you to die. I want you to always be there for her. Got it? Promise me?"

Lucas - "I promise. I'll never leave her."

Billy - "Good."
