2 days after I woke up again, not only Max was happy, my family and my friends were too. The doctors told me my bones will heal fast but they weren't sure how long I was going to be blind. One week later, I was finally released from the hospital and I was going home. Max pushed me in a wheelchair. It was funny but also embarrassing.
Lucas - (Chuckle)
Max - "What's so funny, "Stalker"?"
Lucas - "Oh nothing. It's just - I missed this."
Max - "I missed this, too."
We kissed
Max - "Come on. Let's get you home."
Lucas - "Yes ma'am."
