Lucas
I woke on the bed immediately looking around but I couldn't see. I was blind.
Max - (Gasp) "Lucas?"
Lucas - "Hey, "MADMAX"."
Max - "Lucas! (Crying) I thought I lost you."
Lucas - "I'm not going anywhere."
Max - "Lucas, I'm so sorry for everything I - "
Lucas - "Max, you don't have to explain. It's okay. I understand and I'm not mad at you anymore. I should've never treated you badly. You were going through a hard time after we broke up and you wanted space and I get it now. I'm sorry."
Max - "I'm sorry, too. We both assholes to each other."
Lucas - "We were."
Max - "Can we start over?"
Lucas - "I would love nothing more."
Even though I couldn't see her, Max leaned down to kiss me and me and I kissed her back.
