I was back in school and it was lunch time. I was sitting by myself eating when suddenly I heard a voice behind me.

Troy - "Well, well Trevor, look who we have here."

Max - "Leave me alone."

Trevor - "Is your boyfriend awake or dead?" (Chuckle)

Max - "Don't fucking touch me."

Troy - "Or what? What are you going to do? Your boyfriend's not here to protect you anymore. Don't worry, he'll be dead soon and it'll be my turn to date you."

I grabbed my lunch tray and smashed it hard across Troy's face. He fell to the ground and he was out cold.

Max - "You want this too?"

Trevor - "I - I."

"Max Mayfield, principals office, now!"

Principals Office

Principal - (Sigh) "Max, I know things have been really hard lately but you can't do that to another student. I know what's it's like. I've lost people close to me too. I know what you're going through."

Max - "Oh okay. So then you know what it's like when someone makes fun of the people you love?"

Principal - "Yes but I didn't hurt them. Fighting never solves problems."

Max - "I have been through hell after ever since my stepbrother died! I'm still going through hell because of Lucas. You and everyone here almost forgotten about him but I haven't! Y'know what, it's not me, it's you. You're trying to tell me to let go but I won't. Shame on you."

I stormed out of the office.
