The next morning
Max
I was skateboarding to school until I stopped and saw an ambulance. I got closer and I saw the paramedics putting someone in the ambulance. I realized it was Lucas.
Max - "Oh my God, Lucas!" (Crying)
Cop - "Step back."
Max - "He's my friend!"
Cop - "Okay, don't worry. They're going to take him to the hospital. Everything's going to be okay."
Max - "Please let me go with him!" (Crying)
Cop - "We can't let you go with him. I'm sorry."
