Being new I tried getting along with everyone and most were nice and helped me out while showing me around and tips of what to do if I was stuck however one man I couldn't get through and that was Marvin. I tried over and over to get him to like me or even talk to me only for him to scoff and lower my confidence but he seemed to do that to everyone thinking he was the best all of us were nothing but flies which wasn't true at all and I tried to get him to see that even if he did insult me.
But after 2 years of doing that I was exhausted from even trying and getting no improvement so I decided to forget it and move on focusing on my job and my new friends I had made here and honestly it made me happier as they wouldn't put you down at all even if you made a mistake they'll tell you to try again as we all make mistakes which made me smile as they were such lovely people who I hoped I'd remain friends with forever.
However it was planned like that as jealously could tear it all away. Today as I was walking the building I stop seeing the building on fire but what breaks me down is all the bodybags everyone was dead burned alive in there and thanks to my broken alarm clock i was late. Looking around me I see Marvin smirking making me glare at him as I march over to him "did you do this?!" "And what if I did?" "How could you?! They were our friends! Our co-workers!" He laughs grabbing my hand pulling me away from the scene and into his car locking the doors as soon as he got in "they were nothing to me, you on the other hand will be mine until I say your not."
