Coming into work later than usual but that was thanks to me being in night shift then put on the early evening shift making me barely get any sleep so they knew I'd be in this state so didn't complain plus with how well I did they didn't dare knowing I'd go on strike if they tried that with me. But as I enter I see the boss lecturing Jack again. He was pretty useless though he had the bravery and love to do this job so that was respectable but he was so bad I felt bad for his partner really.

Nodding I lead him out, taking him to the location explaing who it was obvious as he nodded along asking questions which I didn't mind after rally he needed to learn.
Looking around separately to find clues in where the killer was but as I enter the room see the killer long dead, he'd been dead easily a month already and I knew Jack had the case a month ago.
