Alex Pov
It had been 5 years since 'adopting' M/N and he had no idea of the truth and we wanted to keep it that way but of course he was curious why he didn't have our hair colour or eye colour we tried convincing him he wouldn't look exactly like us but he was smarter than that and knew something was up but luckily he didn't come to the conclusion he wasn't ours even if he did find out he's still ours and we wouldn't let him leave us like that.
However Jake had told me he'd grow up and leave us eventually, he always said it a look of anger on his face knowing he didn't like the idea either so coming up with the plan to convince him to never move we showed him how scary the world was without us making him cling to us never wanting to leave the house alone making us pleased he didn't want to leave on his own we just hoped it'd continue. Today M/N wanted to go to the river as he liked playing in the water trying to catch the fish but mostly ending up falling.
Watching him play with smiles on our faces until we hear voices making me stand up as Jake grabs M/N carrying him back to me "time to go home?" "But w-" "were going to build your castle again and lets hope some giant doesn't knock it down again" I say grinning up at Jake who shook his head apologizing as M/N giggles resting his head on my shoulder falling asleep but muttering the words "your both the bet daddies ever, i love you" making us happiest werewolves alive.
